HiPay Arvostelua 914

HiPay is currently holding €39.50 of my money from a failed Urban Outfitters order on April 10th. The merchant confirms there is no order and that the funds should be released, but HiPay is doing nothing.
There is no way to contact them, no phone number, and they ignore customer requests. You are effectively holding my funds illegally without a valid transaction. I have reported this to my bank as a fraudulent charge. If you see 'HiPay' at a checkout, cancel your order immediately. They are a black hole for your money when things go wrong.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maxim at HiPay, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We had a Google Meet call where he walked me through everything clearly and set the expectation that the account would be opened within a month. To my surprise, it was up and running in just ten days!

Boa tarde. Eu pensava que tinham retirado dinheiro sem autorização, mas afinal foi de uma compra que fiz no mac Donalds pelo pedido mobile.

Em relação, a todas as reclamações que vi sobre "retiraram me o dinheiro e não comprei nada" queria dizer o seguite: a HiPay trata-se de uma empresa que fornece serviços de pagamentos a várias lojas, por exemplo, poderam ter feito um pagamento à Telepizza e depois no extrato bancário, aparacer uma compra para a HiPay. Antes de fazerem as reclamações tentem-se relembrar a onde e em o quê que gastaram esse dinheiro. Aconteceu o mesmo comigo, mas depois lembrei-me que tinha mandado vir pizzas da Telepizza. Se tiverem com dificuldades a se lembrarem onde gastaram esse dinheiro, entrem em contacto com o suporte de HiPay.

Disclaimer: eu não sou trabalhador, nem tenho nada a ver com esta empresa. Apenas quero ajudar as pessoas a tentarem-se relembrar no que gastaram esse dinheiro. Eu não conheço esta empresa, mas é triste ver que tem 1.8 de avaliação devido a estas reclamações. Quem deveria dar uma pontuação a esta empresa são as outras empresas que a contratam para os seus pagamentos, e não nós consumidores. Contudo, no extrato poderia vir a dizer onde gastamos esse dinheiro de facto, e não a HiPay com uma morada francesa....

Não comprei nada neste site, e me descontaram 134,07, quero o meu dinheiro de volta, se não irei entrar com as autoridades.

Realize una compra de unas fotos para mi passaporte y luego me cobraran 40 francos de una subscripcion automática. He contactado con ellos y no obtuve ninguna respuesta o refund. Son ESTAFADORES!!! OJO y encima que el banco lo tiene como cargo ok. Quiero mi dinero!!!

Un abonnement à été fait sans mon autorisation via ma carte bancaire suite à un achat de service pour une conversion d'un fichier pdf en Word pour un montant de 0,90 € qui s'est traduite à un abonnement de 29,90€ par mois sans que je sois informée ! C'est un procédé frauduleux et malhonnête..... Ce site m'a permise de connaître d'où provenait ce paiement mensuel donc Redpdf.net mais je n'ai pas pu obtenir de remboursement concernant les paiements mensuels effectués sans mon autorisation.....

Dia 21-04-2025 foi me retirado 23,16€ da conta de uma suposta compra no dia 18-04-2025. Não comprei nada nesse dia e muito menos neste site. Não faço ideia que site ou loja é esta, nunca ouvi falar. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta, caso contrário apresento queixa nas autoridades!

After some initial frustration with HiPay, I did finally receive a response from their team. I'm currently waiting for them to approve my bank account so we can finalize the closure of our relationship and release the remaining funds.

While I appreciate that communication has resumed, I still believe the process could have been handled more transparently and efficiently from the beginning — especially considering this involved business-related transactions and withheld funds.

For those considering HiPay, I recommend being cautious and ensuring you fully understand the platform's procedures and policies. Hopefully, once this final step is completed, I’ll be able to move on.

Closed my account with no any email after 8 years !!!! ( message about this termination was in their support chanel .... like how can i guess there is a message there with no proper email notification ....)

Now they close the account and keep the money on it ???

HOW do i get back my money ???
How do i get transaction history export document ??

No phone contact .... How this is even legal ????

My Advice, Avoid HiPay if you dont want to wake up one morning with your account locked and no more access to your money.....

No reconocía el cargo que me habían hecho, así que entré en contacto con ellos por email. La contestación fue hecha en menos de 24h y aclararon todas mis dudas. En mi caso el pago era de flixbus por mbway

J'ai contacté cette société pour avoir connaissance des détails d'un prélèvement sur mon compte et j'ai été recontacté par le service clientèle dans les 5 min.
Très efficace donc.

Deux messages pour avoir une offre commerciale, jamais été recontacté, ni rien. Bref, faut pas demander le jour où on a un problème si même pour une demande commerciale, il n'y a personne derrière l'écran ... Plus d'une semaine d'attente après le dernier message, je pense que ça commence à être peu acceptable.

Beaucoup de problèmes de gestion et tarification absente du site internet, par rapport à d'autres, pour les acquisitions de paiement CB, je n'ai réussi à obtenir une cotation, il ne recherchent visiblement que des grands comptes, mais avant d'etre grand on est petit, puis on grandi.... pas pro à éviter...

Le support a su rapidement m'indiquer d'où provenait une transaction passé chez un marchand que je ne reconnaissais pas.
