I placed my order on the 12th June…but posisble delivery date 18th July!

I placed my order on the 12th June 2026. Expecting maximum 2 weeks of delivery. After placing the order, no communication from the seller regarding shippmnt details and dates or a tracking number. Until I emailed Hike Summit, I asked to cancel my order and refund, then they said allowing 2 weeks, and after 3 weeks, I only got a tracking number but with posisble delivery sate 18th July 2026! Rediculous! Taking more than a month for shipment. I will never buy from them and will not recomment to anyone.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. SCAMMERS!!!

In my experience, this company uses misleading subscription practices. After making a purchase, I discovered I had been signed up to a £24.99 monthly subscription.

I do not believe it was made sufficiently clear during the checkout process that I was agreeing to recurring monthly payments.

I only became aware of the subscription after seeing the charge. I've complained to the company and reported my concerns to Trading Standards.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others check the checkout process very carefully before purchasing and make sure they are not unknowingly agreeing to a recurring subscription.

Avoid

Website advertised a free bag with order , did not receive . Website states 3-7 day delivery . Took 14 days which was passed the date I needed it. Coat is also far too small for a large . Contacted company for a return and refund . Basically told
1- I can pay for refund , which they describe as -
‘This option requires sending the product back to our warehouse located overseas.
We prefer to be completely transparent with you:
return shipping costs can be quite high (May cost the equivalent of the refund),
the process takes time (shipping, reception, inspection…),
and the refund is only issued once the return has been fully approved.
The whole procedure can take between 7 and 14 days. This is why many of our customers find this option a bit heavy and not very advantageous.’

Or I can get 30% refund and not return
Or for free get a different size

These options seem ridiculous . If they can send a free alternative then they should be able to offer a refund without effectively discouraging customers to do so . Especially when they are not following through with the promises of free items and delivery on their own website

The product that arrived was completely…

The product that arrived was completely different from what was advertised on the site and was of terrible quality. I requested a return, but they told me I’d be better off not doing so because it would cost more than the product itself; the customer service was awful. Please save yourself the trouble and stop buying from here.

BEWARE ,they are a cowboy outfit

I ordered a hiking poncho and after I placed it in the basket a free rucksack popped up which was arriving with my poncho
I received an order from them about 2 weeks later saying my order was on the way and could be tracked but no tracking link
I contacted customer services by email.
As nobody answers the phone and they sent me a link which just said it was on the way
When it arrived the poncho not great quality and no rucksack as promised
When I emailed them they said exactly the same as another reviewer on the 2nd July, no stock available as it was a promotion and as long as stocks last !
NOT ACCEPTABLE ! this is a shoddy way to get customers to order and it was on my order confirmation.
I will be taking this further
BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND A COWBOY ATTITUDE !
