Amazing site for HiFi purchased likes my passione for hearphones, earphones, dacs and amplifiers. For Europe purchase Is the only one i raccomand, because It saves on taxes and It got fast delivery, only con Is it's out of EU and only 1-2 weeks for a refund, but i never asked One because new Hi-fi products are Crazy impressive.
And discounts are really lovely, even with loyal point rewards, which are good for saving a bit.

Product ordered on 02.07.23. The courier tried to deliver it but there were some issues with the address that the seller should have fixed by calling the courier (only the seller can do that and not the receiver). I contacted the seller to address the issue and tell them that the package would have not been delivered on time. They refused to help me out because of "language barrier issues" (they're from China). The package was sent back to the seller. I re-ordered the item and the seller refused to upgrade my shipping from slow to fast. This would have been highly appreciated. On this websites the prices are okay, but the customer service is very poor and not much attention is put on the client. Wouldn't recommend - especially considering that you have to wait minimum a month to receive a package to Europe.

Good service from Hifigo, purchased a usb cable and it was spoilt, but hifigo replied me promptly and resolved the issues within 2 days time. Top notch service and will definitely buy again.

As others have said, don’t expect any form of customer support. They’ll fob you off at any opportunity and will reply to emails at max once per day with a 1 sentence reply that does nothing to help. They try to drag things out on purpose, and play on the “language barrier” sometimes. I have a faulty amplifier and I cannot get any meaningful help, it’s like they’re trying their best to make me give up.

If there was less than one star I would give it to these folks. I ordered two USBC cables. Despite offering the on the site they did not have them in stock and the shipment was delayed pending restrocking. I asked for a refund and they delayed repeatedly responding falsely that I would incur bank charges if they cancelled. They then said they had them in stock and were shipping so they would not cancel and refund. Finally I get the cables and one of the two was a USBA not a usbC. When brought to their attention the offered a partical refund which effectively left me paying for the usbA cable. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS. They are overseas and think that they can do what they want with your money and your order. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Fatto un ordine il 9/11/22, ad oggi, 22/11/22, non solo non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, ma non ho notizie circa il mio ordine (di un discreto importo). E pensare che mi sono sempre trovato bene...
Pazienza, comprero da un'altro venditore

Site découvert pour la première fois, le paiement est sécurisé, c'est donc rassurant à première vue pour son porte monnaie. Mais la réalité c'est d'ignorer les réelles conséquences en achetant sur un site dont les transactions se font en dollar US. Il y a un risque de perdre de l'argent, beaucoup d'argent, selon que le prix de l'article est plus ou moins élevé, et cela dès que l'on passe à la caisse. Cela s'explique dans les lignes qui suivent. Une expérience vécue. L'article est mis dans le panier : un élément HIFI Topping Pre90 d'un montant de 590 USD soit 545,10 EUR. A ce stade, les sollicitations de Hifigo se succèdent, dont la promesse d'une expédition express dans les trois jours, tous frais déduits. On se laisse séduire par ces délicates attentions, pas moins attendues, puis, décision est prise de finaliser la commande, c'était le 7/11/2022. Quatre jours plus tard, la commande étant toujours dans le même état, contact est pris avec Hifigo, ce qui se justifie après la promesse d'expédition non tenue mais aussi par ce manque de communication justifiant ce retard. Hifigo reconnaît la situation en répondant qu'il va exhorter le service à expédier le colis rapidement, et d'ajouter : « Merci pour votre patience ». Le jour suivant après consultation de l'état de la commande rien n'avait changé, et toujours pas plus d'explication. Suite à cela, je préviens que la commande sera annulée dans les 48 H si le colis n'est pas expédié, c'est deux jours de plus que la date contenue dans les sollicitations. Mais fait surprenant, l'annulation sera précipitée par le vendeur lui-même, probablement dans l'impossibilité de livrer la marchandise dans les 48 H, ou que l'article n'était pas, ou plus en stock. Le lendemain, Hifigo envoyait un mail dans lequel il déclare avoir déjà procédé à l'annulation ainsi qu'au remboursement de la commande. C'était le 12/11/22. Remboursement confirmé par PayPal avec lequel la transaction a eu lieu : 590 USD. Jusque là tout est normal selon la procédure d'une commande annulée, ou presque. Sauf que les 590 USD = 545,10 EUR au départ, ne valaient plus que 491,29 EUR dû à la conversion (USD/EUR) qui avait changée entre le 7/11 date de l'achat et le 12/11 date du remboursement. Justificatif des deux transactions (achat – remboursement) reçus de PayPal : 7/11/22 : 1 EUR = 0,9338 USD ; 12/11/22 1 USD = 0,9652 EUR. Une différence de 53,81 EUR imputable au remboursement, soit 10 %, à quelques euros près du montant de l'achat. Voilà qui donne à réfléchir quant à faire des achats sur un site dont les transaction se font en dollar. On prend le risque de perdre une bonne partie de son argent suite à une annulation de commande, conséquente à une conversion défavorable de l'euro par rapport au dollar d'un jour à l'autre. Le risque est le même dans le cadre d'un retour suite à une rétractation. C'est une réalité. Une expérience qui ne sera pas renouvelée, sur ce site ou d'autres sites étrangers dont les transactions se font en dollar.

I think that iem would have been perfect if the bass and imaging could be adjusted a little more.
The atmosphere of instruments and vocals was very good.
Regarding accessories, many earpieces are included in the package, and I am personally satisfied with them, and the faceplate is also beautiful.
I will be exclusive to this iem for a while.

Postscript I was surprised when I tried it with 4.4mm and normal Sednaear.
The bass became tighter, and the vocals became clearer, thicker, and more airy.
This is really worth it.
