As a new customer of Hifigo I have to say that the support is top notch. Very big collection on hi fi gear and very good prices. I am about to make my first purchase and feeling confident already.

They sell bad products, 200 dollar cable lasted a month. They do not care about you, as long as they got their money. I wanted a refund but they wouldn't honor it.

I bought a pair of juzear 81t one of the greatest iems i have heard so far. Very natrual with a oumph on fun in the bass and trebble region exactly to my standard. I have had some quality controll issues with the set of iems but Hifigo has been splended and super helpful resolving my issues. Next iem im buying will be from Hifigo again. Cant recomend them enought!

Customer support team is very quick to respond and helpful. Very competitive shipping prices and pre-paid taxes are a great bonus. Products are competitively priced and order was shipping out very quickly. No complaints and will be using them again.

I had a very positive experience with HiFiGo. I purchased a FiiO M21 from their store, and unfortunately I accidentally broke the screen. I contacted their customer support team, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded.

They provided me with clear instructions and the shipping address right away. I sent the player back, and to my surprise, the store covered the repair costs and returned the fully fixed device to me.

I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. It’s rare to find a store that truly stands behind customers like this. Highly recommended!

I needed to make a warranty clam and it was super easy and always spoke to a person via emails, I received prompt replies given the time zone differences and the replacement delivery time was very fast too. This experience will bring me back when looking for my next set of IEM’s or other bits from them

Hifigo is a great company. I ordered a earphone cable( Effect Audio Eros ii) and got a very good price, they send to Germany very fast. The package was in a very good condition. I have nothing to complain about. The cable works very well with my iems and the sound is amazing. I recommend this company and would order with them anytime again.

When looking for some IEMs, Hifigo showed up in my radar, and I'm happy I bought through them: the delivery was quick and they assisted me immediately when I had a minor issue that had nothing to do with them.

Hifigo offers an amazing line of equipment, great pricing and valuable customer service! They had everything I needed for those special wish list items and when placing an on-line order, they were extremely helpful and addressed all of my questions!

I purchased IEM cables from Effect Audio at a very good price. The shipping occured within 3 days. I contacted the customer support to ask for status and they responded very quickly. The delivery took about 10 days, it is easy to track. The product was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. All in all extremely satisfied by the product and the service. Highly recommended.

Ordered the Dunu x Koto Ito IEM and the JCALLY JM7 MAX DAC from them. First time buying something online from China and getting it shipped to Germany so I was nervous. It was the 11.11 sale though so I thought it would be worth a try.

Despite the sale, they shipped it the next day and surprisingly, within 7 days, it had reached Germany via YunExpress. The problems started here when it was transferred to the Last Mile Courier, which in my case was Nova Post. They managed to lose track of my package and the tracking on their own site stopped updating completely. I visited their branch where it was supposed to be, but it wasn’t there. Their customer service told me via email it had been delivered and sent me picture proof of a completely different package from a different person in a different city. It turned out, they had left it with a neighbor without any notice. Even today, the shipment hadn’t updated and still hasn’t been marked as delivered.

HiFiGo themselves, though, were not to blame. In fact, I sent them this as feedback and they took it openly. Their customer service always replied within hours, so I’m confident they would’ve taken care of it if something had gone wrong. They dispatched fast, and thankfully, the package eventually got to me undamaged. Everything was perfectly protected and packed, and the quality and price of the products were great. Very importantly, as they promised on their site, zero shipping fees, import taxes and no customs hassles whatsoever to Germany. That was smooth.

To sum it up, I would recommend them! The prices are just simply the lowest amongst the other sites and even with “slower” shipping from China, I got my package in less than 2 weeks - which would have been even faster if not for Nova Post.

Dont leave honest/negative reviews on hifigo or else they will ban you! They will also remove the review in most cases. They are not professional and they dont have good customer service!

I have been ordering the best IEMs from here for a year now. The delivery is fast, the product arrives in safe packaging. The loyalty program works very well. I highly recommend the store!

Fast shipping, kind and fast answering support and really good products for sale. You cant go wrong with HiFiGo.

Have bought some IEMs and USB-dongle DACs one of the DACs stopped working after a while (FiiO KA11) but I will get a replacement soon and the contact with the support was friendly as well.
So overall I had a really good experience.
