Ils étaient prêts à m'envoyer un autre article (le même que ma commande), et à m'offrir un cadeau même si le problème ne venait pas d'eux. HiFi Go is an excellent professional company with outstanding after-sales service. I have made several purchase from HiFi Go and can't recommend them enough. After sales service is outstanding. My purchase so far- the Yinyoo 16 Core Silver Plated Cable 2.5/3.5/4.4mm - MMCX/2PIN/QDC and also the LETSHUOER x Z Review Z12 IEM's. Very reliable after sales service and an excellent range of Dap's &IEM's. It won't be my last purchase, saving for the HiBy RS2. I love the Z12's by the way!

Customer service is really friendly and fast with their responses. They helped me with a warranty issue recently. I have purchased from them on several other occasions and the service has always been amazing. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Recientemente tuve que devolver unos auriculares porque el dejaron de funcionar correctamente , después de ponerme en contacto con el servicio técnico me aprobaron la devolución, y antes de lo esperado ya tenía la reposición, muy bien por hifigo me ha sorprendido gratamente , pensé que sería más tedioso , gracias un saludo

Performer 8 Hits way above it's price point. A mild w shaped signature with great coherency and synergy. Treble is perfect. Mids are rich, layered, textured and detailed. The bass slams well with both sub bass and midbass slam, but I think these are tuned slightly more towards the mid bass. The soundstage has great layering and depth, and it is about as wide as i would want it to be. Vocals are amazing, especially female.

Their prices seem really good. The shipping is expedient, and you get what you ordered. It's just not a good store for Europeans, due to the low grade of customer protection, and how shipping from out of China works. If you've an issue, you'll most likely have to ship it back to China, and pay fees which sometimes could be as much as the IEM.

Their customer service also seems to slowly develop a language barrier if you have a real issue, and the template responses don't suffice.

They are very good, nice people, good service.

No problem with order and delivery, just a problem if you need to return a faulty item, abysmal customer service, no response to emails, have to go through credit card company for a refund

Excellent shopping experience. I've made half a dozen purchases over the last year from HiFiGo, and all transactions were flawless. HiFiGo uses a world-class Shopify Store, gives timely shipping updates, and responds quickly and completely to all my communications. Recently I ordered the brand new and hard-to-get Dunu SA6 MkII, and it was shipped the next day and arrived in North Carolina, USA, within one week! Other stores are only doing Pre-Order for weeks away. Everything was in perfect condition and as advertised. The exact same thing happened with my orders of the then hard-to-get FiiO KA5 and the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk. Thank you HiFiGo.

Très bon service après vente. J'avais un problème avec le bouton rotatif de mon HiBy R6 Gen III. Il me l'ont remplacer par un neuf. Le délai pour le retour du colis n'a pris qu'une semaine depuis la Chine.

Hi all. I have already 5 orders from this shop. All perfect from HiFiGo side. Fully under control each order. You can see all the time where is your order. If some delay from producer of product what i order, i have info about it in email and if long time delay, some discont for next order. For me top shop in audio area.

It was great, I got answers to all of my questions, to be honest, and along the way, I was worried, but all came out right, and I got my order, and I'm very happy with it.
