I purchased a newly released product from Hifigo. Delivery was slow (almost 1 month) but that's expected with Chinese products. In general, and therefore not only a Hifigo issue, return policies are essentially useless. So, my rule of thumb, if you buy from 3rd party resellers, you do so at your 100% risk. (For e.g., I'll never buy from Linsoul again with their ridiculous 7 day return policy & horrible customer service.) The Hifigo item was a new well anticipated product that unfortunately was a very poor quality. The sound quality was terrible. (I had better AM transistor radio 1 earpiece sound 55 years ago.) Due to Hifigo's return policy, an open IEM cannot be returned. So, $170.00 down the drain. So bear in mind, if you buy gear from any 3rd party, you're gambling on if you like the product great. If not, are you willing to lose that amount of money?

HiFiGo recently supplied me with a pair of Dunu Zen iem's within 10 days - from the date of online purchase to postal arrival here in The UK. The company's service is exemplary, and the Dunu Zen iem's are excellent too!

I got in a muddle over ordering some other products and HiFiGo's customer service immediately voided the order as requested and refunded the amount paid to my PayPal account.

I have no hesitation in Highly Recommending HiFiGo as an online retail store.

L'azienda e' molto seria, c'e' una chat per verificare lo stato degli ordini o fare qualsiasi tipo di domanda riguardo ai prodotti in vendita, e la risposta arriva in tempi brevi. Sul sito trovi componenti hi-fi, auricolari monitor, cavi e tanto altro, tutti di produzione cinese, di marchi ormai conosciuti per la loro qualita' e prezzi competitivi. Cosa di non poco conto sono le spese doganali comprese nella spedizione, spendendo una certa cifra. Consiglio a tutti Hifigo per la velocita' delle spedizioni, per la serieta' e l'attenzione verso il cliente.

Aside from having unbeatable prices on a lot of Audio products especially Chi-Fi IEMs, DACs, Amps, they ship very promptly, have excellent customer service, and even run a pretty cool Youtube channel!
Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable reseller of top brand audio products.

Great company it's the first time I have brought from them, I was looking for headphone DAC, and they come up, and the price was great for the item I was looking for, so I got them and some other items and I got my order a week just can't knock them I will buy from them again.

I ordered the LT-LT3 OTG cable to connect my IPhone 11 to my Chord MoJo 2 rather than use the Apple Camera adapter. Al in all, a superbly made quality cable that fits even better than the USB C cable I normally use. Perfect length as well. Fast postage by FedEx. I would personally recommend this product for anybody looking for a little bit more quality and robustness when considering portable Audio.

My first experience with HiFiGO was very pleasing. The shop stand out well with a big offer portfolio of ChiFi products and accessories. Most of them are on stock and are very well described in their web shop (...sometimes more info can be found here than on the loveless translated web site of the original manufacturer).
The shipping process to the EU (DE) was a pleasure, the shipping can be monitored by the used forwarding company portal page easily and there was no need to pay afterwards taxes, duties or handling fees to the local parcel service (DHL). I can recommend buying from that shop as a EU citizen.
I'm curious to see more interisting products and unknown brands here in future.

My first purchase with them turned out quite good. They shipped out my portable DAC the next day and it took about 2 weeks to arrive via their free shipping option. It arrived safely and was what I ordered. They have a wide selection of audio goodies, prices are reasonable & are about as low as you’ll find them elsewhere.

They also have rewards system which is nice.

Overall, an excellent store for purchasing Hi-Fi or ‘Chi-Fi’ audio gear. Nothing to complain about with my experience.
