I have purchased audio gear from HiFiGo multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. My orders were always shipped within a day and arrived in the EU in less than a week. Customs and VAT were always taken care of, so there were no extra charges or delays.

Customer support is outstanding - every time I contacted them, they replied within minutes and were always helpful. A few weeks ago, I had to send back an item for warranty repair, and the whole process went smoothly. Although the manufacturer considered the issue to be contamination after inspecting the earphones and intended to charge for the repair, HiFiGo chose to cover the cost themselves and returned the repaired item promptly.

I was not made aware at the time of purchase that tariff fees would be charged. Only when the UPS driver informed me of a 40$ charge. I refused. Beware.

I loved the purchase I made. Excellent DAP — I haven't explored it fully yet, but I'm really enjoying it so far.
As for the purchase itself, everything went very smoothly. It took the estimated time (usually around 3 weeks), and the package arrived well packed.
I'm completely satisfied with this purchase, just as I was with the previous ones.
I hope it continues this way, as I have other items in mind to buy.

Once I had to get parts for the headphones I bought. My warranty already expired by few months so I was willing to pay. To my surprise HiFiGO said that they will send it over for free to address! That's how you deal with loyal customers. 100% recommend shopping here!

I bought the MYER-AUDIO CKLVX CK2V which are great IEM’s but unfortunately had a technical issue with them so I sent them back for repair through warranty which lasts 1 year. I had an issue shipping it back to their warehouse, but thankfully HiFiGo helped me resolve the issue and I successfully got my IEM’s back to the manufacturer. Overall great experience.

Customer service is of top priority to me and HifiGo delivers. They promptly get back with you with any questions or concerns you may have. They are friendly and helpful. The website is wonderfully laid out and they carry top products. My first order was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. There seems to be a minor delay in shipping with my second order. However, I’m sure it has to do with the sales that are going on. I reached out and got a fast response and they assured me that everything was okay regarding my order. I trust them wholeheartedly. So far my experience is top notch!

Volevo semplicemente fare un rimborso perché non mi sono trovato bene col prodotto, ho richiesto il rimborso (che tra l'altro un metodo efficace per richiederlo neanche c'è l'hanno, devi mandare costanti email per richiederlo) il giorno stesso e ci hanno messo 4 giorni continuando a dirmi che i problemi che stavo avendo, ovvero un suono statico costante non era possibile e che anche l'azienda produttrice dice che non è un loro problema che hanno...
Ok allora so ubriaco io.
E adesso dopo 4-5 giorni c'è l'hanno finalmente fatta a dirmi come fare sto benedetto rimborso ed è semplicemente pagare un servizio che usano tutti per rispedire il prodotto in Cina E POI una volta che hanno il prodotto loro mi mettono PURE una tassa di spedizione hanno detto dai 20 ai 30 dollari, ho pagato 45 per prendermi forse 5 di rimborso, mai più.
Sono stato letteralmente truffato.

Sent my iem out for repair. While the whole process took about a month (understandably so), the customer support representative kept me updated all the way through. They are active, respond fast, are super friendly and eager to help, even gave me a discount on the next purchase. Very reliable, I highly recommend them.

I am pleased to share my satisfaction with Hifigo’s customer service. I returned a faulty IEM, but unfortunately, my shipment got lost in China. Despite this, Nelson and his team still sent me a replacement unit. I must say that such excellent customer service is truly rare to find. Well done, Hifigo! This is how customers should be treated, in my opinion.

Being in the US, especially right now,its hard to get best deals on my iem purchases. Came across sale price on one of a flagship iem and boom placed the order and got delivered. Neat. Thumbs up.
