Je commande un Fiio JM21 en précommande le 17 novembre, sur le site il mentionne que l’envoi ce ferait fin novembre, du coup pour un cadeau de noel c'est ok!!
une semaine âpres un message apparait si le site comme quoi les délais sont de 1 mois. (ca commence mal)
La communication est quasi inexistante car j'ai toujours le même message à mes tchats (attendez le constructeur nous envois pas les lots etc) ...je pense d'ailleurs que c'est un robot qui répond à vos messages.
Messieurs de hifigo si vous mettez comme quoi les envois ce font a une certaine date c'est que vous savez que le produit sera livré par votre fournisseur, sinon il faut simplement pas mettre de date c'est pas plus simple que cela.
Bref je reçois mon produit 2 mois âpres ma commande!!! pour le cadeau de noël c'est moyen

J'ai essayé sur ce site qui paraissait sérieux mais vu que je ne suis pas considéré comme un client mais comme un portefeuille je ne jouerais pas une seconde fois.
Dommage les produits avait l'air sympa mais j'irais sur alliexpress la prochaine fois.

Items has always arrived with tracking. If things do go wrong (like a faulty item) - good communication and return with new item. But, so far very rare. Great place to buy chifi IEM and audio products. Being using hifigo over 6 years. Recommend to check out when items goes on sale!

Originally my HiFi go points got lost in cyberspace, but then reappeared as a voucher. The IEM arrived in about a week to the UK. Beautiful looking, well constructed, smallish IEM. HiFiGo are very honorable and a good company. The IEM review will come when I have burned in and listened in detail. Meanwhile well done HiFiGo to get the AFUL Performer 5+2 / Performer 7 2DD+4BA+1Micro Planar IEM, to me...so quickly. I use them with XL Penon Liqueur tips and the Hiby RIII DAP.

Al igual que me pasó con la página de HIDIZS, la diferencia de horario juega un poco en contra en cuanto a la velocidad de respuesta, pero en ambos casos quiero compartir que la guía y preguntas relacionadas al producto y funciones están bien hechas, y de ser el caso, se piden pruebas coherentes y lógicas para seguir la condición de los audífonos.

Tuve la mala suerte de recibir mis audífonos con un defecto en uno de ellos, el cual con una guía amable, aunque pausada, lo cual se entiende, me permitieron validar mis pruebas y dar un reemplazo para mi compra defectuosa.
La cual a su tiempo llegó en orden, sin salir de la entrega rápida de la paqueteria.
