Great price for 1 wire alternator, it works works well. Ended up having to connect an extra wire for the regulator to the ignition circuit so that it would charge, but that wasn't a big deal and is typical for alternators that have sat for a while and don't get used often. Overall very satisfied.

Fit my vehicle perfectly and fixed noise coming from compressor.

Bought a starter on June11 of this year for my 2011 Escape...arrived in a few days and installed it BUT kept having lockup issues...thought it was something in the engine...Nope...the starter was jamming when trying to crank..
Asked for a replacement and got a text back saying it was out of warranty!! BS!! Its only been 3 months!!! Sales invoice says 6 months!! I'll never deal with this company again

They promised a part i never received and never returned my money

Part ordered worked exactly as described

HOT weather coming on and wife's Honda Odyssey's air conditioning compressor died.
Ordered a replacement from HexAutoParts and installed it 2 days later.

Never received my part, both USPS and Hex claimed no wrong doing, the delay cost me time and money waiting on a part that never came. Hex's customer service is terrible,as in either pure AI or robot trained humans who repeat the same questions in each email. I don't recommend buying from them, why would they ship a (car part worth money) through USPS ? Is it so they are never accounted for and then walk away screwing people over and making extra money.Also be ready for the gaslighting as you send emails.
