I’m a first time customer I order a part for my car , order went through normal but a week later I got a email said that my order was cancel because the part was out of stock so I waisted a week just to get this not good

I ordered some wheel adapters from 6 lug to 8 lug and they were here within 7 days and my truck looking phenomenal

The part was exactly what I needed,the shipping was longer than expected,I was told sooner,somehow it got shipped slower, holidays weren't the issue, postal handling
maybe?

Product didn't fit for what was described. Can't get into contact with customer service. For a return or exchange.

Had a noisy a/c clutch
Vehicle had 149,000 miles
Decided to replace compressor assy.

I needed an ac condenser clutch/pulley I checked a couple of sites but it was just expensive then I ran across Hex and to my surprise I found the kit I needed and was very good price I ordered it and when the kit arrived parts fitted right in place I’m saving $15 a week on gas now that my 2010 Nissan Versa is up and running again 😀👍

Never received. After 4 weeks I finally asked for a refund. No response.

Ordering was easy. Product worked great. The only issue was that a couple of the hex screws were so tight that I almost rounded them out.

I received a damaged compressor in the mail. I emailed the company and within three days there was another on the way. Their customer service was top notch and the product was top of the line. I couldn't ask for any better service and would recommend to anyone.

Got a starter that starts strong would definitely recommend this site

I loved that the part was easy to find and it was the best prise that I found on line for this part and on top of that it came a few days early witch was grate cuz I really needed my car back up and running

This is the worst website I have ever shopped from I’ve ordered three of the exact same thing from this site and it has either not fully come In or it has been the wrong damn size everytime this website is useless and I want everybody who works for this site and the people in charge to know that yall do a awful job and run a foney website
