Surprisingly fast shipping, part fit perfectly

We ordered a control board for our RV refrigerator. It took a month to receive it. We had travel plans so ended up having the fridge repaired by our local rv dealer. I called and spoke to Brian, who said he would send an email so we could return the part, with a restocking fee, which I agreed to. It's been over a month, no email and I have tried contacting them multiple times. Can't even leave a voicemail the last 2 times. Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

Update 8/26 - called this morning and actually got thru to voicemail. Advised waited a month for a response or email and received email within 2 hours, with an apology. Hoping the refund goes better.

Ordered a replacement shelf for my RV fridge. Got an email saying it was delivered. It was not. Emailed customer support and they said to ignore that email, it was from a third party. A day later, they canceled my order outright and refunded me. No explanation. Now I’ve wasted two weeks and need to find another place that has the replacement shelf.

Product was shipped right away and was good quality!

This replacement product was almost identical to my old one, which made it easy to install. However the product was four days late in receiving it.

Ordered a circuit board for my camper fridge that showed "in stock" on the website. Waited 5 days and nothing so I called and was told the item was on backorder with no estimate ship date. Took over one month to finally get the part.

Very disappointed

The part was correct and works great. Packaging needs a bit of improvement. The ESD bag meant to protect the component was not taped shut and by the time it got to us, it was just lying in the box not doing its job. Other than that, a great experience. I give the experience 4 1/2 stars.

We didn't get our order, it was cancelled and we were refunded. Assuming parts were not available but did not get any communication from RV Fridge Guys. Do you expect to restock these?

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered a control board panel, order #1060069 and need status on the delivery date; however NO ONE answers, system doesn’t allow me to leave my contact info. VERY DISAPPOINTED. It feels like this website is a scam.

The knowledge, the friendliness, the timely delivery, all top of the line service. I ordered a glass shelf for the fridge and the packaging was exceptional.

We ordered the same part twice and tried to ask you to cancel that last order. I didn't get any return email to my request. We also tried calling but your greeting message just kept repeating over and over. The first part came two weeks after you said it would be here.
I would like my $81.54 back.

Shipping wasn’t efficient and I had no choice but to select shipping that was more than the item cost. Three items came in three separate boxes for one order and at different times. Other than that - all good!

I ordered a circuit board and control panel. The checkout was so smooth I figured I must have forgotten something.
I thought it would be a week before the item arrived, but it was almost as fast as a two day item from that big online place with very reasonable shipping!
The web site was uncluttered and pretty clear, although when I first looked at the order, to see what time frame for shipping, I missed the “shipped” annotation, which was very small and unobtrusive.
I have not replaced the items yet, but it is clear that they are new parts that were wrapped well!
If I need other parts, I will definitely be a return customer.
