After reading several bad reviews
After reading several bad reviews, I was wondering if I made a mistake ordering the brake lights for my ‘26 Gladiator. However, they arrived on time, was easy to install and fit correctly, and after 2 months still working like a charm. I didn’t have the factory LED brake lights, these just plugged into the existing wire harness and that was it. Was easy and looks much better than the chunky factory lights.

The LED lights for 2015 tundra
The LED lights arrived in about one week. Packaged well. The installation video on their site was helpful, but didn’t show how to wire the harnesses. The written instructions were pretty worthless, so I had to use trial and error, which blew 2 fuses before I guessed right. Once installed, the lights looked awesome and were much brighter than my old halogen lights. Would have given 5 stars if instructions were not terrible. Also, I tried calling the technical support number, and it took me straight to a recording telling me the voice mailbox was not set up yet. FYI the harness that the instructions said should fit my 2015 tundra TRD PRO did not fit it. The other harness worked. You have to take the bulb from the outermost light and put it in the “bulb holder” of the new light. Then attach the harness coupling to the bulb holder. Then attach another harness coupling to the wire from the truck that originally held the bulb. That was confusing because the original wire also can plug directly into the new bulb holder. I hope this helps someone prevent blowing fuses.

Customer Service experience
So far customer service is ghosting me. The tech line has no answering service setup. I just need a simple question answered and they are not available at all.
** I raised the stars to 2 as they actually called me back today.
They couldn't help me hahaha but they said they will call me back with a tech. Let's see if they can better the rating.
My order LFM133323 is still unsolved, they sent me an email with the basic instructions that already come in box with the product. Unfortunately those instructions say nothing about the white wire for dimming option.
I'm going back to 1 star again. Sorry.
Ok im going back and I'm giving them 5 stars. This is why.
I feel that David my tech went out of his way to try to help me and that means alot.
Installing these lights is not easy, and the connectors really need to be upgraded with professional connectors or they will disconnect.
I was able to connect with some high quality t connects and the blinkers look and work perfect. The lights look really nice. I do want the dimming option and with my technical knowledge better not try myself, I got everything else working.
Im going to have to go to an installer to finish the wiring again that's ok.
They help me out, and that's what matters.
I know it's a weird review but I wanted to show the whole experience. It started rocky but its OK. And it looks great.
Its a good company.
