I was sold a defective starter & have been ran around the block trying to get a replacement or refund. I have since had to buy a starter from a local dealer because I was without a vehicle. I will never order from here again & I lost my money, I was refused a refund!

Service was good and fast product was junk better off spending a extra 4 bucks elsewhere for the product I needed. Cheaper clearly wasn't better. China junk

Several days after getting an email with a tracking number I noticed the tracking said the same thing, part ready for pickup or something like that. I sent an email asking if my part had ever left and my answer was that the part I ordered was out of stock. I should have been told that right away so I could order somewhere else. Instead of a week later. I was given a prompt refund tho once I questioned them about the order.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Part doesn’t fit my machine when there website does. They tell me it’s a 20% restock yet there website has misinformation. There is no phone number for customer service to hash out this issue. You send an email and you get 1 response a day. Asking to truth this and I’m on day 3 and still have not been told how they want me to return it.

This company doesn't honor return warranties.
They only give $15 refund on hundred priced item.
I will not purchase or refer this company to anyone.

The starter I requested was shipped to the wrong home, through delivery. I reached out to Hex Auto Parts about my missing item, and they set up another to be issued to me. Without a hassle. That's great customer service!

They lied about free shipping. The parts did not fit but they made it right with partial refund.

I had a great experience with HexAutoParts! They sent a different starter than the one I was looking for, BUT the customer service department remedied the situation promptly. I appreciated my experience and will definitely sho with them again. We all makes mistakes, but its how to resolve the issue that matters most. For this, I am grateful for HexAutoParts!

I bought a master cylinder for my pickup truck. It took a month a before i got around to installing it. Six months later and i am buying anther master cylinder. I didnt get much use from the part purchased for Hexautoparts. My truck is driven very little being that it's not my primary vehicle. I would estimate the part malfunctioned with less than two hundred and fifty miles of survice.
I contacted the vendor . I let them know that the seal blew out for the rear brakes. Sorry to hear that was the only response i received. Buy wherever you like. I just wanted you to be aware that the part bought from this vendor may malfunction prematurely.

Quick shipping, more clips than needed, but great price. With 5 vehicles, I’ll always find a use for extras
