Ordered strap for my IWC. Didn’t fit. Sent photos. Simply wanted replacement. Refused. AVOID

Do not believe any good review on this company. They have got to be the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with - so much so that I'm writing my first review ever in my 49y of life! They are absolutely drop-shipping very cheap straps and claiming they are 'Swiss'. They play up their Swiss location and suggest they work with major players. The band I got for my Rolex was not even close to fitting so I started a return. Many many back and forth emails with Mia their AI Bot and every time it was somehow my fault, but they are helping me through it. They want you to ship it back to them at big cost, and will then try to find the slightest problem with it to claim you did something to hurt it and deny your refund. I finally did a stop charge on my credit card and 'Mia' flipped out on me. So many emails asking how dare I do this to them, that they are helping me, etc. Then they offer to pay for shipping it back and promise to refund me, but first I have to drop the stop charge. They claimed they could not legally refund me while a stop charge was underway. Chase of course says 'yeah right'. A month later, $99 appears back on my account and I'm finally rid of these scammers. Seriously .... avoid!!!! Meanwhile I got a perfect fitting, high quality strap a week later (for more money unfortunately) from Everest and couldn't be happy. Dr. Brian

I would have scored my experience with Helvetus 5 stars but I was sent the wrong strap.l ordered a blue suede strap for a Tudor black bay 58 but was sent a rubber strap instead. I know I could have returned it but I liked the blue rubber just the same, but it wasn’t what I ordered.

Betrugsware! Es wird billigste Chinamassenware zu absurden Preisen verkauft, da vorgegaukelt wird, es handele sich um Premiumprodukte. Zudem passt das von mir bestellte Band weder an meine alte Omega SMP (trotz vorheriger konkreter Nachfrage unter Referenzangabe und Bestätigung hierzu), noch an meine aktuelle Omega SMP. Obwohl der Umtausch auf der Webseite als unproblematisch dargestellt wird, werden Gewährleistungsrechte als auch der Widerruf pauschal abgelehnt unter einem Verweis einer vermeintlichen EU Verbraucherschutz Richtlinie. In der Sache wird hierbei auch rechtlich absolut falsch argumentiert, in dem darauf verwiesen wird, es handele sich um individuell angefertigte Bänder. Völliger Quatsch! Egal wie man dann schreibt (höflich oder später mit Anwalt droht), man erhält nur stoische Textbausteine des Kunden"service". Das ist eindeutig Verbrauchertäuschung im ganz großen Stil und Betrug!

Firstly the straps come from china and not Switzerland and are of poor quality and at the same time theyrenchatging premium prices. Be warned people and stay the hell away from these guys. You'll never get a refund!

Hier gibt es eine riesige Lücke zwischen der Story und der Realität. Man kauft am Ende ein Uhrenarmband, welches noch das Etikett vom Werk aus China trägt. Das sagt nichts über die Qualität - aber die ist halt auch nicht besser, als ein Armband für 30-50€ auf einem der Marktplätze. Schwieriger ist aber der Fakt, dass eine Rückgabe - weil es ja eine "individuelle Konfiguration" ist - trotz Auslobung auf der Seite nicht zulässig ist.

Fazit - man bezahlt deutlich zu viel und ohne hat keinen Anspruch auf Rückgabe

Mir wurde ein Armband geschickt, was nicht der Beschreibung entsprach und dann die Rücknahme verweigert. Erst nach einem Anwaltsschreiben wurde die Rücknahme schließlich bestätigt, allerdings zu eigenen Versandkosten (was von D nach CH sehr teuer ist).
Dann aber wurde der bezahlte Kaufpreis nicht zurückerstattet - behauptet wurde allerdings das dies geschehen sei. Nach 4 Schreiben habe ich den Umsatz über meine Kreditkarte reklamiert. Und Helvetus versucht nun, mich dazu zu bringen, den Chargeback zu stoppen. Das Unternehmen handelt bewusst und betrügerisch und täuscht Kunden systematisch.

Billiger Mist aus China. Das angebliche Kautschukband passte nicht, mutete billig an und auch das mitgekaufte Werkzeug war Schrott. Der Anschein durch den Internetauftritt als Schweizer Uhrenbandhersteller ist Fake. Der Kram kommt aus China. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, warum ein Produkt aus der Schweiz mehr als 2 Wochen braucht, um in Deutschland anzukommen.

Very happy with Helvetia. Have bought several straps for them liked everyone. One strap came in with a color I did not care for. And I had no problems swapping it for another color. Helvetus it is very easy to work with.

Do not trust Helvetus as a Swiss-quality company. For one, their products are the same as those you can find on Temu or Alibaba for much lower prices. It is essentially a glorified dropshipping business. Additionally, they sent me the wrong product, then asked me to return it, only to later claim it was never received and refuse to send a replacement strap. I would avoid them at all costs.

I ordered watch straps from Helvetus as a Christmas gift, but the experience was very disappointing.

The items arrived nearly 3 weeks late and were shipped directly from China in plastic zipper bags with Chinese labels—very different from what was implied on their website. The same products are available on Temu for under $10, making the pricing feel misleading.

I returned the items at my own expense (about $20 to Switzerland). Helvetus claimed they issued a refund, but it never arrived. They then blamed ShopPay, but couldn’t provide a refund reference number when requested.

After I filed a credit card dispute, Helvetus claimed there was an “internal error” and that the refund could only be released if I closed the dispute—something my credit card company confirmed was false. They also claimed I would lose the dispute based on information they had, which was false.

My dispute was initially denied for “items not returned in original condition.” The items were rubber straps and were returned as received, and Helvetus had previously claimed that they were issuing a refund four times.

I have since reopened the dispute and submitted all documentation.

Overall, this company falsely advertised their products, failed do deliver products on time, and failed to adhere to their refund policies and still has my money.

Great! The Cartier roadster specific band is perfect. Very happy. Shipping took a while to be sent and then arrive but if one takes this into account, great experience and product.

Order receivedin a timely manner. Product was as advertised. All good!

Helvetus vermittelt den Eindruck eines Schweizer Unternehmens mit hochwertiger Ware. Ich habe ein Kautschukarmband bestellt und dann aus China geliefert bekommen. Billigster Chinaschrott, das man bei Temu für 1/10 des Preises bestellen kann. Faltschließe scharfkantig. Es ist mir zu mühsam, mich mit den Leuten zu streiten, deshalb behalte ich es und hefte den Verlust unter Lehrgeld ab

Ich habe ein Armband bei diesem Anbieter bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.

Nach der Bestellung wollte ich mein Widerrufsrecht ausüben. Dies wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, es handele sich um eine individuell angefertigte Ware. In meinem Fall bestand die „Individualisierung“ jedoch lediglich in der Auswahl von Größe und Variante – eine persönliche Anfertigung (z. B. Gravur) lag nicht vor.

Auf meine Nachfrage nach einer konkreten rechtlichen Begründung erhielt ich keine klare Antwort, sondern lediglich wiederholte Standardformulierungen.

Der Versand erfolgte laut Verpackung aus China, was für mich im Vorfeld nicht klar ersichtlich war.

Auch die Qualität des Armbands hat mich nicht überzeugt. Verarbeitung und Material wirkten auf mich eher einfach und entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Der Kundenservice erschien mir insgesamt wenig transparent und nicht lösungsorientiert. Eine nachvollziehbare Klärung war nicht erkennbar.

Mein Eindruck: Bei Problemen ist es schwierig, zu einer fairen Lösung zu kommen.

Ich würde daher empfehlen, vor einer Bestellung genau zu prüfen, ob man das Produkt im Zweifel behalten möchte.

Horrible experience. This company lies to you. Bought a strap (wrong measures by their own website). Then I returned it. They got it. After sending several emails to a person named Mia Schmidt -Head of Support at Helvetus- she confirmed they received the strap back and a refund was issued......2 weeks later and again after me following up, this person told me they had made a mistake and the refund needed another approval....At this point I initiated a dispute on my credit card. Then the same person -Mia Schmidt- told me Helvetus cannot process refunds with open disputes.....You want to know the funny part: after Citibank calls them to try to find what's going on, they tell Citi that the send me the original strap....."forgetting" to mention that I returned it, they received it, and everything else. Wonderful people right?

Ordered a rubber strap for a Zenith Chronomaster that was sold as being a custom fit specifically for that watch. Eventually, a standard Ali-Express package arrived from China, containing a generic strap labelled 'compatible with Omega MoonSwatch' - even had the standard Ali label on the plastic bag it came in - no other paperwork included for what was supposed to be a premium item. Obviously the strap didn't fit. Helvetus refused to acknowledge that the strap was both incorrect and not fit for purpose resulting in me having to pay to ship it back to them in Switzerland. After chasing they finally acknowledged receipt and said that they had issued a refund. The refund never appeared and therefore I had to raise a formal Transaction Dispute to get my money back. As soon as I raised the dispute they were aggressive - pushing me to cancel it and stating that they had missed a step and would only issue the refund if I cancelled the dispute. The dispute was obviously found in my favour. Horrible company - avoid at all costs - if you want something they are selling then you'll find it on Ali as that is where they get it all from.

Absolut mangelhafte Qualität, komplizierte Rückgabe und unverschämt überzogene Gebühren bei der Rückgabe. Achtung nicht zu empfehlen!
