Like so many other people I bought a product of poor quality, returned at my own expense and haven't received a refund ... approx.£65 down......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...I also believe Mia is a bot.....

Returned the strap as it was extremely poor quality and cheap looking. The company received the strap back on the 11 May. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. They constantly lie in emails. AVOID

Achtung. Geschäftsmodell beruht auf Betrug. Es wird minderwertige Ware geliefert, die nichts mit dem Bild auf der Webseite zu tun hat. Auch die Portokosten werden nicht zurückerstattet. Da die Beträge eher klein sind, setzen sie darauf, dass niemand klagt. Ware ist nicht aus der Schweiz und wird auch nicht wie versprochen Express versenden. Der KI Chatbot ist so getrimmt, dass er alle Reklamationen abwimmelt. Update: nach zwei Wochen. Ich empfehle allen nicht lange zu warten und über die Kreditkarten Firma direkt ein Cash Back Verfahren einzuleiten. Das war das einzige Mittel das nützte. Die 25.- Gebühren waren es mir wert.

I agree with other reviewers — this is a Swiss brand pretender. What they actually send you is cheap Ali-quality product. CHINALVETUS!

I ordered two straps, paid USD 180, and received garbage. The quality was embarrassingly low for the price. CHEAP!

Two things to know:
First — just don't buy from them.

Second — if you already made the same mistake I did, don't stress. Request refund request first (Anyway it will reject your request for sure). Then, go straight to chargeback with your credit card issuer. That's what I did and I got every cent back, no drama.

Don't waste time with Chinalvetus. Your credit card company has your back.

Leider bin ich auch reingefallen. Ich hatte ein Wechselband für meine Blancpain x Swatch bestellt. Es kam, deutlich verspätet: Chinaware, fünfmal teuerer als beim Wettbewerb, ein Montagetool, das untauglich ist, und eine „Kundenbetreuerin Mia“, die die berechtigte Reklamation damit beantwortet, dass Umtausch ausgeschlossen sei, da die Bänder „individuell“ 🤣 produziert werden. Firmensitz Schweiz, Rechtsweg faktisch ausgeschlossen

On paye 100€, on reçoit un pauvre bracelet dans une pochette kraft émanant de chine, on fait une réclamation et c’est l’IA qui répond … bref une belle et grosse arnaque !!!

Je dois médusée de constater qu’un tel site ne soit pas fermé …

Il est urgent de protéger les consommateurs …

Terrible experience. Placed an order two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is unresponsive and completely unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

To start, ordered by mistake and email requesting cancellation sent within 5 minutes. The company then proceeded to dispatch 5/6 hours later stating cancellation not possible. So terrible customer service. Strap now arrived, not great quality at all, extremely flimsy, mechanism is agricultural. Now I'm fully expecting a fight on a return given their policy. As others have said 100% avoid.

Die Armbänder passten nicht. Auf Rückfrage wurde ich dann vertröstet „man suche eine Lösung“. Als ich die Antwort zu kryptisch empfand, wollte ich widerrufen. Plötzlich sind die Bänder angeblich „angefertigt“ und nicht retournierbar. Nach kurzer Recherche fiel mir auf:

Grundsätzlich keine Informationen über das „Unternehmen“
Keine Informationen zu vermeintlich individuell gefertigten Produkten und hiermit eingeschränkte Rückggabemöglichkeiten.

Da mir die Informationen auch auf wiederholte Nachfrage nicht beantwortet wurden, gehe ich von einem Scam aus.

Katastrophe! 18mm Melan-Band in James Bond Omega Optik bestellt. Geliefert ein Band ohne Faltschliesse, ohne Löcher wie original. Erzählen mir, wäre alles produktionsbedingt so in Ordnung - ginge nicht anders!
Das Band sieht aus, wie der letzte Billigkram!!!
Kein Hinweis auf produktionsbedingte Veränderung!

Achtung! Sehr schlechte und nicht passende Massenware aus China.
"Mia", vermeidlicher "Head of Support" nimmt sich viel Zeit zu begründen, warum sie die nicht passende Ware nicht zurück nehmen will und muss.
Angebliche Sonderfertigung, die binnen weniger Tage aus China kommt.
Mein Tipp: Finger weg, hier will jemand einfach nur euer Geld!

Watch out with these people. They’re absolutely fraud.

This is my experience with this people:

1. Sending me a strap they knew from the start wouldn't fit my watch as I specifically told them the exact measures I needed for my Aquatimer strap. They told they had the perfect match. It wasn’t and they knew.
2. Sending me from China (Alibaba) the exact same chinese strap sold on eBay for almost one third of the price (I know this because I had both side by side, but at least eBay seller fully refunded me and paid for return fees).
3. Had to pay for return fees, although it was them who sent me a strap they knew from the start wouldn't fit my watch.
4. They acknowledged reception of the returned item but haven’t refund me although they claim they have. My bank says they haven't. It’s been more than 20 days. Refund should be here by now.
5. Not providing any sort of requested proof that refund was made. My bank says they should be able to, but Helvetus claims their system does not generate refund certificates.

So my advise is to stay away from these people.

They have a fancy webpage, but they send you the same strap that’s sold on eBay or AliExpress for almost 3 times the price, just on a nicer package (not necessarily nice, just nicer).

terrible company!! do not buy from them. i bought a $90 leather strap. they did not send tracking info and shipping company left watch in my driveway in rain. stainless steel pins ended up being rusted. also, leather ripped because the strap did not properly fit my watch even though it's supposed to. this all happened the day it was received. i contacted them and they refused to take back or offer refund. stay away!

Artikel kann man einfach online Bestellen ohne Angaben deswegen ist es nur ein Vorwand.

Just a terrible company to do business with. I communicated with them prior to purchase that the band would fit my watch. I have a Cartier Santos Dumont with a slide pin. It was confirmed that this was a near genuine article and they guaranteed it would fit. When it finally came it in no way fit as it did not have a slide pin. There was no way to attach the band to the watch! It took about a week of multiple emails back-and-forth, threatening to contact my credit card company before I finally got confirmation for a refund. Four weeks later, they had not even begun the refund even though they said they already did it. I called my credit card company and had the charge removed. Sometimes it’s better to buy the original article directly from the brand.
