I had a really good experience with with two different doctors. They are super fast and helpful in every way. There is not much waiting time for an appointment and they listen carefully to your needs. After the appointment you get a summary of what was discussed and how to move forward, which is helpful to also bring to other doctor appointments you might have. Moreover, they are available through messages if there are still questions and reply very fast.

I'm an international student. It took me a year of searching and failing to find a GP who would take me to end up here. All my local GPs said they were full. I was almost about to give up, but some searching (though my course advisor who recommended it via my insurance provider) helped me find Hellodoc for online consultation and help to deal with my issues. Then I came to know about Dr. Fonderson who started the initiative. I chose her as my physician and set up an online appointment easily. We had a long discussion about my problems, she took me very seriously, her team also emailed me before and after at every step. I have been offered me all the services I needed including information, a prescription, test recommendations with online test kit options, Dr. Fonderson's personal help and more. Through them I was finally able to find a GP and am on my way. Also it was all quite speedy the entire peocess. So basically I am very grateful to them, and would definitely recommend this service!

Very easy and hassle free experience. Trying to register with a local GP was a nightmare, especially in the current situation.
