Wonderful and compassionate Doctor.I felt really listened to and heard for the first time in a long time. I’m so glad I found this practice.

Great service. Dr. Melsbach really listened and asked a lot of (relevant) questions to determine the right therapy. Also managed to get the appointment for the next day which was not possible with my GP. Prescription was sent to my preferred pharmacy which also made the process easier. Overall, happy with it!

Dr Sinéad was extremely helpful! She clearly explained everything I wanted to know about the contraceptive pill and also made it a point to make sure I was aware of the alternatives. She was also very sweet and I had a great, informative and helpful consultation.

Doctor Sabine is really kind, at some point I started having issues with my internet connection, and she called me so we could finish the consult. The doctor is nice, asks questions in a way I could understand and repeats herself if I need too.

Dr. Melsbach was very helpful during our consult, and the follow-up document was complete with answers to all my concerns.

I think the appointment was quite useful and helped me clarify some doubts I had.

Really good experience, good information and advice given by Dr.Sabine.

The procedures are easy to follow and the communication through the platform works perfectly.

The process was quick and easy and gave me some comfort in knowing that my symptoms had been evaluated by a professional. The online format makes it somewhat harder to clearly show or explain symptoms.

Dr. Sarah (and Dr. Sabine) were very kind, professional, and helpful. I used HelloDoc for a "gut check" as I needed some guidance about current advice I was getting from a specialist -- we went through my test results, complaints, and recent medical history and she recommended several avenues for me to pursue, and reassured me of my rights under Dutch healthcare to pursue other care if (in my case) I wasn't confident in the treatment I was currently receiving. She was very knowledgeable about women's health and answered a lot of my questions about hormone tests/levels I had as well. I highly recommend for anyone who is also considering using this service as a GP second opinion.
