Absolutely devastated, received confusing billing information which we called to clear up on the phone. Was greeted by a lady who was Absolutely aweful and told us it was our fault for misunderstanding (despite the fact we paid the amount anyway). Only to then receive and email shortly after stating the appointment was being cancelled due to a "zero tolerance towards abuse of staff".

We never abused or insulted anyone and are now left Absolutely bewildered and gutted at the treatment we have just experienced. I can only hope phone calls are recorded because I hope this one can be reviewed!

my husband was offered bulkbilling by DR. Anthony Fernando on his second appointment for a misdiagnosis and being medicated wrongly for a very long time- the receptionsist and the manager somehow managed to get a hold of this doctor (who has been away since march) and decided to go back on the doctors verbal agreement for bulkbilling which leaves me still wrongly mediacted, still misdiagnosed, still struggling..and not able to afford this anymore because he has broken this verbal agreeement.
After numerous calls, leaving messages, emails and NO CALL BACKS. We were told to receive an appoitnment in March. No appointment.
My husbands mental health is deteriorating more and more by the day and it doesnt look promising for our future. Admitting this on social media just to be treated better is not acceptable. Dr. Anthony Fernando the doctor left for an "emergency trip in march) after calling today, and heated back and forth, not only was it demanded to pay the deposit TODAY, the receptionist and "manager" Sarah refused to provide me a number or complaintline with the statement" You can look that up yourself, i dont have to give you that info".
Now I am at risk of this doctor refusing my husband the correct care and the correct medication because of the heated back and forth.
This whole organization is built and focused on having wealthy patients and needs to reconsider their morals and ethics.

I met with Dr. Noorte De Haan. She was very supportive during the conversation and took my issues seriously. I am completely satisfied with her advice and co-operation.

I had pain in the right foot for over 6 weeks. My regular GP diagnosed me with a Morton's neuroma, whereby I had doubts whether this was correct as some symptoms did not match. I could get a consultion with Dr. Sinéad Melsbach for a 2nd opinion within a day which is impossible at my GP. That was the best medical consultation I've had over the last years. I felt really listened to and heard. The questions were clear and comprehensive. Dr. Sinéad Melsbach indicated what the potential root causes for the foot pain were and organized an X-ray to eventually rule out some of them. This was all executed very swiftly. She also gave me some clear medical advices to follow to reduce the pain. I can only recommend.
