I wanted to renew my prescription for my current antidepressant medication and Dr. Sarah Willicombe was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful during my consultation. She was well prepared for our appointment and went into depth about my medical history and any other problems I may be facing. She was open to any questions I may have and gave me detailed responses for all my queries.

I did get in touch wit HelloDoc because I arrived to Hague with my family from Sri Lanka a few weeks ago. I started to have a pimple on my armpit which became bigger and painful gradually so I registered to a Medical Centre in order to see a Dr but realised this is impossible if not registered...so I spent some time on internet finding out how to reach out to a GP in The Hague and found HelloDoc website. I called them and got in touch with Dr Sabine who straight away took care of my medical issue. We got in touch via Whatsapp and after sending photos she scheduled an online appointment and prescribed antibiotics. After 2 days my condition didn't approve and I got in touch with Dr Sabine again who then made a few calls and managed to get me admitted at the medical Centre. I am really happy with the service and help I got from Dr Sabine and the staff who assisted in registering me through their system. The whole procedure was very straightforward. I also appreciated the follow up call from Dr Sabine to check if all went well. I highly recommend HelloDoc for their efficiency and prompt reaction. Would definitely contact them again if needed.

Today I had a health concern that none of the GPs in my area could help me with because they are all full. I am an international student who has struggled with healthcare because of how difficult it is to get an appointment especially in covid times. I was recommended hellodoc and I am so grateful. I signed up very quickly and got an appointment for the same day. Other GPs were booked until January. I received immediate care and I can pick up my prescribed medicine tomorrow morning (I had my appointment at 10PM today). I really appreciate how convenient this is. The people I spoke to were extremely helpful. I am usually anxious but I felt very comfortable during the video call.
