Outstanding Customer Service and Excellent Product
I had an excellent experience with the team at HeatHoody. I originally received a hoodie that unfortunately had a fault, as one of the internal wires had become disconnected. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly understanding and made the warranty process completely hassle-free. They promptly sent me a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty one, which I really appreciated.
The HeatHoody itself is fantastic. It's comfortable, well-made, and heats up almost instantly, making it perfect for the colder winter months.
It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Their excellent customer service made the replacement process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HeatHoody to anyone looking for a high-quality heated hoodie backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

Die Kommunikation wirkt unkoordiniert, und interne Abläufe scheinen nicht sauber abgestimmt zu sein. Dieser Eindruck bestätigt sich auch durch frühere Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen. Auffällig ist zudem, dass in öffentlichen Antworten interne Informationen verwendet werden, obwohl im Rahmen der Bewertung keine Kundendaten angegeben wurden. Datenschutzrechtlich ist das zumindest bemerkenswert. Insgesamt ein durchwachsener Eindruck.

order was not complete
I've ordered three hoodies and two pair of socks. As on three hoodies you get a nice price. I've only received two in the end. I wrote an E-mail to ask for the last one, they've never sent me the last hoody. So I give two stars as I received most of the order, but obviously can't give more as I feel it's not too hard to count to three ... By the way you can't through the socks into the dryer .. this was mentioned, but I accidently had one pair in the drier and those don't work anymore now.

Order confirmation email says 5-12…
Order confirmation email says 5-12 business days. However I’m at the afternoon of day 11 and Australia Post hasn’t received anything to deliver. Reserving review spot but generally would say that it feels like a company and good that is not produced or cared for by Heathoody otherwise you would take the time to ensure your paying customers could receive the goods in a timely fashion (if at all!)
EDIT: having now seen the full break down you need to add 1 day where the ordering gets to the factory and then add at least 2 days from Australia Post.
Would be more realistic to claim 2 weeks or 15 days at least from ordering to avoid mis leading a potential customer. But can see how it’s more attractive to claim a shorter period when the truth is less appealing. Changing rating to one star.

Ich habe vergangenes Jahr einen Pullover für ein bestimmtes Event bestellt. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich ihn (nach Vorschrift) gewaschen. Danach funktionierte er leider nicht mehr, woran es lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst habe ich einen Neuen erhalten. Der Pullover ist schön kuschelig warm und lässt sich auf 3 Stufen einstellen. Erfüllt seinen Zweck. Würde ihn wieder bestellen. 👍

I ordered the jacket and then got offered a discount on a Hoody, which I accepted.
The items arrived in 10 days.
The jacket is very thick and warm good for outdoor activities in Australian Winters.
The Hoody is also warm with a generous fit.
I ordered a S and should have ordered an XS for a tighter fit, but it is good quality and warm.
I would highly recommend Heathoody for quality deliver service and customer support.

Hoodie ist eigentlich angenehm zu tragen und hält schön warm.
Allerdings war der Hoodie nach ca 2 Monaten der Nutzung kaputt. Kundenservice hat nicht auf Gewährleistung reagiert, wollte im Austausch gegen eine positive Bewertung Ersatz schicken. Dies ist nie erfolgt. Wurde mit falschem Namen angesprochen. Schlechter Kundenservice. Ständige Hinhalteversuche, Vertröstungen... Nicht zu empfehlen!

I bought this heated top for my wife for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. She feels the cold and this is a godscent for her and for me, as now i dont have to walk into a sauna, and she is toasty and warm!!

Well done!
I received a heated hoodie and the power bank was broken and the port from the hoodie didn’t even fit in the faulty power bank.
It took a while to get hold of them but once contact was made the issue was resolved immediately.
It is important to recognise that when something goes wrong, it’s how you react that counts and these guys have done well.

Doesn´t last long, terrible customer service
At first we ordered two. Both seemed ok, so we ordered a third one, which came with a factory default. It took almost six months, until we finally got a replacement ( at first they wanted videos and pictures, then delivered a Hoody instead of the Jacket,at last the Jacket didn´t work / heat ) . By the time we finally got the replacement, the two Jackets, which we ordered in the beginning stopped to work.
I cannot recommend to buy here

I made the decision to purchase 10 days before leaving on a 3 month camping trip. I am hoping the Heated Sweater will make those cold mornings more comfortable. Emailed HeatHoody Team to request they dispatch as quickly as possible to allow for the shipping time to have the best chance of arriving within 10 days. My package was dispatched by midday the next working day and arrived in 7 working days, fits perfectly and appears to be well made. Do not buy from this company. They advertise their hoody for men and have a sizing guide which is very inaccurate. Their customer service with returns are terrible. Offering me 10% refund only and I needed to pay ($48 aus dollars)for the shipping back to them which was expensive from Australia to the Netherlands. Disgusting company.
