It took forever for my husband’s scrip…
It took forever for my husband’s scrip (#13 hearing aid batteries.) to arrive when I was told it would be delivered in a few days when I placed the order. When I questioned the time it was taking to get the scrip I was told I should have chosen the faster shipping method..
We will not be ordering from Hearcaredirect ever again nor would we ever recommend Hearcaredirect to anyone.
Definitely disappointed with your service!

I would like to clarify that it was myself that picked up your original email - please note, not once were you told to go for the faster shipping method. The email stated:
'You won’t have received your parcel yet, as I can see that you opted for our ‘Standard Untracked (7-10 Working Days)’ shipping option, and your order was dispatched on December 20th. Please note, that today is only the 3rd full working day from the dispatch of your parcel, due to the festive days not being working days.'
You were reminded of the shipping option you selected, which was a 7-10 working day shipping option. The date the review was left was the 7th working day from dispatch due to the festive period, and was still within its delivery timeframe when it was delivered.

Well worth the wait
The part I ordered was shipped from England so it took 2 weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait as I was able to save $100 over what it would have cost me to buy it from an audiologist. It was carefully packaged and works perfectly!
