It's been over 160 days and still no refund of 297.00 for the returned hearing aids from hearclear.com. They said there was a 60day guarantee return policy. Where is my refund. ?
Early on I have contact with customer support but 2months later I heard nothing from hearclear. I would put a picture of the product but can't upload a picture.

I’ve had their hearing aids for about six weeks there is now constant buzzing in the right ear and sporadic buzzing inthe left , Isent them an email and it was sent back as NOT a recognised email address ,I’ve checked and the email is correct and the contact email on the boxes they sent the hearing aids in ,please don’t buy this product

Seriously bad customer service
Had to return the product to an address in Vilnius, Lithuania. The parcel was returned to me as it had not been collected by the company.
So I have lost money on a product that I cannot use, plus I had to pay for the postage as they do not provide a returns label.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Bought a set of their hearing aids
Bought a set of their hearing aids
When I got them, I charged them overnight
I downloaded the app the instructions said and followed them
I was never able to get more than one to connect to the app
Emailed them, they replied a few times, but as soon as I had a claim that one of the hearing aids were no longer working, they stopped replying
All I get is an automated email saying I will be contacted in 1-2 business days
I have emailed them several times, only getting the automated reply
It's been over a month since I heard from a live person
Trying to get a refund, haven't been able to get the yet, nor did I receive the replacements they said they were going to send
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company
They take your money and if there is a problem, you never hear from them again

Honest Del's professional opinion.
As far as hearclear is concerned, based on their marketing; advertising; misleading claims; their use of psychology to persuade potential buyers to believe all their hype. Not forgetting all the many negative reviews, even the 5 star reviews which I wouldn't rely on, and the fact that they do not intend to give refunds if they can get away with it. Plus from what I have learned from past experiences my advice is STEER CLEAR and save yourself from a lot of anxiety and stress. Be happy,

This is the biggest scam! Do not buy from them ever! I bought a pair of hearing aids there, they sent me the wrong ones, and offered to give me 25% off and said I could keep them. I said no, I wanted a fill refund, and now they are giving me the run around.
