Don’t know where to start really
Don’t know where to start really. Had a Gp appt via Axa who referred me to a dermatologist. Was offered a virtual appt via this service, rather than a f2f. Took a lot of time uploading information for the doctor to see prior to my virtual appt. Doctor presumably reviewed and referred me back to Axa for a f2f, no virtual appt offered at all. Now they are sending me bills for £100 as “excess fee”. Sorry excess fee for what?! You should be paying me for the time wasted.

Very Poor Booking System (doesn't work)
The appointments never appeared on my system, so I didn't know when the appointment was, and it looked to the medical professional like I just didn't bother turning up for two appointments in a row.
