My appointment connected on time and the specialist was fantastic. Took time to understand the origin of the condition, how it was affecting me and then walked through some tests before making some clear recommendations.

Neurology review
Very quick, excellent review of my information with a formal letter sent to me within 24hrs by the neurology consultant. Tests needed and organised. I have spoken to local private hospital and they have the request and are ready to organise it soon.
Only issue is the consultant ticked the routine box for the test. It doesnt make a big difference though as the private hospital treats them all with urgency.

Physio was great and now I have the appointment with the orthopedic consultant - but the AXA/HBSUK system doesn't really have that in the diary as an appointment for me - I have to contact the consultant directly

Staff very friendly
Staff very friendly. Waiting until the 30 September first available appointment. The link I was sent had no appointments in my area advised to call AXA. AXA text a few consultants names and telephone numbers I spent a considerable amount of time calling unfortunately the first appointment 30 September 2026.
