Having used Harold Stock in the past, my wife and I decided to use the firm again when we wanted to update our wills and take out Lasting Powers of Attorney. Their service was excellent, in particular Matt Lee, who was so helpful in the way he explained all our questions and concerns, paticularly with respect to the LPA's which can be a bit complicated. He really made us feeI at ease and welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Harold Stock & Co. to anyone looking for a firm of solicitors to handle their business.

My wife and I wanted mirror wills via a charity. I expected a “no frills” service but couldn’t have been more wrong.
From a smiling receptionist, to the excellent Matt Lee, no doubt aided by a team behind the scenes (Tracy?), we were guided through the process and especially helped in removing someone from our wills, who had previously been included.
Such care was taken that my faith is restored!
So much so that I am negotiating rates for up to 3 property transactions in the coming months.

Absolutely brilliant. Rachael recently helped me purchase and sell a house, and she was absolutely brilliant - efficient, tenacious, friendly, and completely reliable. I'm sure we only managed to sell because she moved mountains to solve a conveyancing issue and to find a piece of paperwork that helped to satisfy the buyers. Please AVOID this solicitors. I rang them and shared all my details which was extremely hard for me to do as it was regarding a serious avoidable condition which has left me in agony and without any dignity, due to gp AND hospital negligence. I went through all the heartbreaking details with a man who didn't even appear to be listening to me, much less care. He sounded like he was having a nap, zero friendliness and when I heard nothing back from them (he said I'd be hearing from a solicitor, which was a lie) a family member contacted them for me as I suffer from mental fatigue with my condition being in its 9th year of neglect, I found out he hadn't even bothered to take my email address when he pretended to have done so. He insisted he had emailed me when I knew he hadn't. Extremely unprofessional! I'd hate this to happen to anyone else. People who have been subjected to negligence due to none disclosure of their ailment are already suffering. But people like the useless rep I spoke to don't care about that at all. I honestly can't believe the good reviews! No chance. Once again. AVOID Harold stock and seek a more professional company like myself. We need help not someone who is sleeping on the job. Shame on you.
UPDATE: I wasn't given a "reference number" by the representative I spoke to. Something else which is unprofessional and the fault lies with the person I wasted my time speaking to. I gave the man I spoke to my full name and address as well as my date of birth and my current GP surgery which should be more than ample. Please do check that he bothered to pay attention to take these details from me as he claimed to do with my email, which, as ive already stated, he did not do. I'm not comfortable giving you my email for all to see when according to him he's emailed me and therefore already has it!. I'm not surprised you're threatening to have this review removed. Trustpilot and anyone with basic understanding will know I'm not writing this review for the fun of it! Appalling experience.
