Hardisty Estate Agents Arvostelua

Lehila Owen provided us with an amazing level of personalised service.
She made the whole process of selling our property a dream.
I cannot rate her or Hardisty, highly enough

Hardisty Estate Agents were always available when we needed anything answering within the process of purchasing our house. Roxy went above and beyond to help us with our queries and was always quick to get back to us with clear responses. We were very grateful for Roxy's help with our move.
Thanks again

Would highly recommend Hardisty Estate Agents. Roxy kept me upto date on the progress of purchasing my flat.

Roxanne was excellent with updates on how the process was moving along. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

We sold our property in the UK while living abroad. The entire team, but Chloe and Joe in particular, did an amazing job guiding us through all the issues and obstacles that arose. We always felt in good hands and they went the extra mile to help us. Thank you so much!

Luke was absolutely amazing.i can’t thank him enough his professionalism and excellent customer service when buying and selling was exceptional, he went above &beyond to make completion as seamless as possible
Would definitely recommend

Lehila at Hardisty dealt with the sale of my property and kept me up to date at every stage of the process. She communicated great with ourselves and the buyer of the property which made the process so much easier and everything ran smoothly stress free. Thank you Lehila at Hardisty.

We recently used this estate agent to purchase our home and had a very positive experience. The team were informative throughout the process, always happy to take our calls, and quick to answer any questions whenever we needed clarification. They were also very proactive in arranging viewings, which helped keep things moving smoothly.

A special mention goes to Ben Crowther, who was our main point of contact. He did a great job keeping us updated, responding promptly, and making the process feel straightforward and well-managed. We’d be happy to recommend this agent to others looking to buy.

Its not often you can right a good review about an Estate Agent but i can honestly say, Hardisty in Ilkley have been very professional and consistent in finding a buyer for my house.

They have done viewings 7 days a week and arranged a time that suits the buyer every time they have requested.

They go the extra mile to sell your property and keep you updated after every viewing with feedback.

I would definitely recommend them.

Chloe Harrison took over the sale of my father’s house in Skipton. She was always really pleasant, helpful and always quick at getting back to me.

It is very easy to write a five-star review when the service truly is exemplary, and that was absolutely our experience here. From start to the point an offer was agreed, everything felt collaborative, calm and well handled. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about anyone on the team in Ilkley.
Jack was our designated agent for viewings and, although we never actually met in person, his personality came across clearly in every interaction. He was warm, professional and empathetic, with just the right touch of humour. He struck the perfect balance of being prompt without ever feeling pushy, sociable while respecting boundaries, and always direct and transparent. When we needed guidance, he had thoughtful opinions, but never pressured us.
Every member of staff who showed people around our home was friendly, professional and respectful, and the whole process felt organised and reassuring from beginning to end.
We are genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled and would happily recommend the Ilkley team to anyone looking for an estate agent who combines professionalism with a human touch.

Chloe and Joe from Hardisty have been amazing! They say moving house is one of the most stressful times of your life and I don't think we would have got there without them.
Can't recommend them highly enough 😊🤗

Just to say thank you for the professional help we were given in selling of our house. Delighted in the way Ben Crowther organised viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale of the property and helped us regarding any issues or questions with a quick response.Thank you once again

Great communication, efficient and friendly and on the ball! Would recommend.

I used Hardisty to help purchase a house they were selling.
I rang up and initially spoke to Ben Crowther who arranged a viewing for me and my partner within a couple of days.
He helped and guided us through the buying process and helped us make an offer resulting in us having it accepted.
I would like to personally thank him for being professional, approachable and helping us successfully secure our new house.

Lehila was fantastic in helping our sale and buy progress as quickly as possible. She kept in touch weekly with ourselves and our buyers, keeping everyone in the loop. She was extremely professional and worked with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.

Through my first house buying experience Roxy at Hardisty's was superb. It felt like she was on top of everything and followed up frequently. She definitely helped speed up the process where it was sticky, and was calm and professional the whole time.

Definitely recommend them from a buyers perspective.

Big shout out to Roxy who helped with our Hardisty house purchase - she kept in contact with us and both solicitors - maintained positivity throughout even when we got worried - would recommend Hardisty - Roxy and the team in Horsforth - couldn’t have done it with out you thanks a million

I bought my house through Hardisty and Lehila was my point of conveyancing contact. She was absolutely brilliant. I got regular updates, returned my calls and always patiently explained everything to me. I had four chains and the whole process was quite smooth and faster than I expected. Everything from their part was absolutely brilliant, especially Lehila.

Only one thing to mention, if they refer Holden Smith Solicitors (Alex) as conveyancing solicitors, do not go with them. They are terrible, I lost a good amount money and time.

Unfortunately, not a GOOD review as not a good experience TBH.
The whole process took from 12th August until last week in total.
Poor communication, not just from estate agent to ourselves, but from estate agent to and from solicitors.
Being repeatedly asked for things we had already supplied, delays in responding and little updates in progress proved frustrating. We wont name individuals for we feel it is simply the office in general. Would not use Hardisty again nor Holden Smith solicitors!
