As a first time buyer, I thought Roxy (Horsforth area) was great. She was proactive in reaching out both to me and my not-always-cooperative solicitors, kept me informed as much as needed, patient with explaining things. As the buyer my interactions with her were somewhat limited as I mostly was in contact with my solicitors and directly with the vendor, but all my experience with Roxy was positive and as a result I'd definitely consider Hardisty when I eventually sell.

A fabulous experience from beginning to end! Chloe is an absolute superstar that went above and beyond for us to get our purchase done in good time. We are so very grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very difficult and complex sale of our property. Hardisty in Horsforth and Chloe in particular was an absolute life saver. She was professional, supportive and went above and beyond to resolve issues and get updates when our solicitor was being vague with details. We couldn’t have wished for a better person to help us with our selling journey. Excellent service from Chloe, would recommend.

Can't thank Luke from the Horsforth branch enough for helping to complete on the purchase of my property. I decided to use the solicitors next door to them which turned out to be a great decision as Luke did all the chasing for me and kept me updated constsntly from all avenues and not a week went by where I didnt know what was happening - especially given that the solicitors app wasn't updated at all after week 1 but because Luke was there I didnt need it! And it took a lot of stress off me. He was friendly and professional throughout and because I had every confidence in his advice, i ended my tenancy contract earlier so that we ended up completing a month earlier. Really cant thank Luke enough, he's a true asset to the team and the congratulations card was a lovely touch! Luke is the man!

After a few hiccups at the beginning where we felt we weren't kept informed the process settled well and I would recommend Hardisty to anyone.
The valuation visit and the photographer's visit were both professionally handled with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We want to commend Lehila from Hardisty for her professionalism, calmness, promptness, following track of solicitors and progress, pushing when she could, being realistic when she had to, reassuring and empathetic when it was necessary. This was a particularly difficult chain that lasted 12 months, with many obstacles to overcome, and as first time buyers it can be daunting. Having Lehila at the other end of the phoneline sometimes seemed the only thing holding this thing together. Above all, she was highly professional, following data protection rules, filtering with good reason all emotions and stresses from each part of the chain. This cannot be said for all involved in the chain. So if we ever work with Hardisty again, we will definitely ask to work with Lehila. Thank you Lehila!
