Made a purchase but got an email saying I left items in my basket. I emailed the company to confirm and they said order went through but an item was out of stock so asked me what I wanted to do about that. I sent two emails, haven’t heard anything from them. Thankfully I paid via Paypal so opened a dispute and got all my money back. Would not recommend. Customer service is non existent and they are based in US not UK.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company is an absolute joke! 18% restock charge to return something and you have to pay for postage!! This place needs investigating!

Don't make the mistake of thinking this company is in the UK, even with the website address.
Things are sent from NewYork and take forever to arrive even given the postage costs....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

AWFUL!! Absolutely awful experience with this company. I would be wary of buying from them. My order was damaged and unwearable but because I didn’t contact them within 14 days (which doesn’t comply with Consumer Law anyway) they have refused to replace or refund.

This will clash with some of the reviews here, but I chanced ordering something for my daughter I could find nowhere else at all, to the UK, it arrived within time indicated and looks as expected. Daughter pleased and so am I.

****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE**** What an utter disgrace this company is. I bought a pair of Michael Myers slippers for my wife for Christmas and they turned out to be too small and it was too close to Christmas to order another pair without disappointing her with less presents. I sent the item back at my own expense which is a joke to start. They have since sent a refund without the cost of shipping and then charged a restocking fee in the process. This cowboy company have basically charged me £15 for nothing on a product that was not suitable. Don't buy anything from them they will just swindle you out of your money.

The company tries to portray itself as a UK based company, but be aware they are US based and all electrical products come with a US plug. I purchased a giant blow up Santa for Christmas and the fam stopped working already, so no use for Christmas (not sure if it has burned out due to voltage differences?) the company replied saying as the product had been used it proved it worked and so it’s not classed as faulty, even though it does not work…. So in their eyes a product that works for around 10 days then stops working is normal…. I even said send me a new fan and I will repair it myself, but they said they do t hold parts. They then sent me their T&C’s which may as well have said you must be over 100 years old and accompanied by both your grand parents to claim. So do yourself a favour and stay away or throw your money away, they are a terrible company with no morals. I will be pursuing this further and challenging their Mickey Mouse T&C’s.

Remember, terms of service are not legally binding and this is in violation of the consumer protections act 1987.

I managed to get a 100% refund but I had to threaten them with a credit card charge back.

If a company operates in the UK, sells in GBP£, has a UK website domain and a base of operations in the UK, then they are required to adhere to the laws set down by his majesty's government.

As for the product I bought and returned, dismal quality. My ''costume'' was essentially a hospital gown with a velcro back, with the costume design printed on. Ridiculous for £50.

Edit: They hide critical replies on their Twitter account so no one can see people complaining.

Worst worst worst company! A restocking fee of 18% for a costume that has the worst quality I ve seen in a while. I am very frustrated with my experience.

Avoid this cowboy company.

Charging you 18% after you’ve paid to return an item is a disgraceful, immoral way of making money.

I ordered four items online on 14 November with priority shipping, then read all the reviews and panicked (maybe not enough people post positive reviews?!) I received all the items on the 17th. No issues whatsoever. One of the outfits was way too big but that was my fault for ordering the wrong size.

DO NOT USE they kept about £60 of my refund when I returned item there reason was ‘having to restock the item back on there shelf’s’ absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs If items are likely to not fit.

Company are unlawful. From start to finish their customer service has been nothing short of disgusting. They are absolute cowboys and legal action is going to be taken for the missing parcel they refuse to pay “ as it’s not their issue”.
Please if you do anything read the many many bad reviews - I’m shocked they are still operating.

Do not buy off this company they take your money and run. Bought an expensive inflatable halloween decoration. Literally tried it twice and it stopped working on 2nd try. It wasn't on for more than 20mins a time.
Company refused to help even though it wasn't obviously fit for purpose because it was out of its 30 days warranty- again in the smallest of print. Terrible customer service they obviously take your money and run.
Unfortunately the reviews are right they are not operating in the UK even though their .com address states UK, so they know how difficult it is to then return or get any kind of refund.
SCAM ARTISTS! RUN AWAY NOW!

I bought a costume from them that I didn’t even open in the end so I opened up a return for it but they said that it was a non refundable item and that the small print at check out states that I couldn’t return it even though it hasn’t been opened so now I’m stuck with it and about £75 down. I’d stay away since if you want to return anything they won’t accept it so it’s a big risk buying from them

Absolutely scam artists. Based in America purposely deceitful. Ordered October 3rd and still not arrived. Awful company beware.

I still ordered after reading the reviews because it's the only company I found selling a ladies' Spiderman outfit with matching mask. I'm slim, so men's by height would be too big. The size chart said XS is 30 inch chest. No woman has a chest that small, but I'm petite so ordered that and it fits perfectly. I love the outfit even if it's a little pricey. I paid the cheapest delivery and it arrived in ten days, which was earlier than expected. At checkout it did state delivery was from the US. I stupidly forgot to use my discount code, but they've applied it for me afterwards. I'm a very happy customer!

horrendous quality for the price ( somewhere between 60-70 quid including delivery), and when i went to review on the website it wouldnt alow the email id already used to buy product, and when i used an alternative it said it was up 'for approval'; i am fairly sure they will find a reason to not publish my negative reveiw. don't bother guys its not UK and the product quality is really bad. wish id checked the quality before i put it on for halloween it was so bad id have instantly returned. :( images is just one image i took

Not actually based in the UK but the US. No reply to emails re returning an item. Terrible customer service.Complete rip off.
