I had an exceptional experience with HairMax customer service. My laser cap device needed replacement under warranty, and the evaluation team handled everything with impressive speed, professionalism, and kindness. A brand-new device was shipped promptly, and communication throughout the process was excellent.

Quality and Results
I have owned my Hairmax wand for probably 8 years now and am thrilled with the results. It is so easy to use. And the new hair growth is amazing. My hair dresser is also amazed and saw the difference it made. Now she tells other clients who ask her what they should do regarding their hair loss. Also Hairmax’s customer service is great. Andrea was so helpful and professional when I called to say I had dropped the wand and needed a repair to the power button. Totally my fault - not a failure with the unit. Rather than telling me to buy a new one, Hairmax repaired my wand!!! It is made so well and otherwise has had no problems. I am completely satisfied with the Hairmax product.

I had a great customer service experience. I spoke with a gentleman who helped me open a warranty claim, and the process was incredible easy. He also provided a UPS label so I could send my laser device in for repair. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate how smooth and simple everything was.

Product was missing charging cord. I called customer service. There was virtually no wait time until I talked to Andrea. She was professional, attentive and was able to resolve my issue within minutes using the serial number on my unit. My experience with customer service was very good.

I recently purchased the LaserBand 82 and have just started using it. The device is very easy to incorporate into my routine and the sessions are quick and straightforward.
I also had a great experience with customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and resolved my request quickly, which I really appreciated.
