I needed a replacement part for my laser cap. I am 84, and often need extra time. The agent was patient and polite, double checking to make sure I was ordering the right part. (By the way, my hair looks great.)

Great customer service
I purchased a Laserband 82 with a bundle that included a bunch of products. When I opened the box, I noticed the bundle was short a couple of items, so I reached out to customer service. Andrea was extremely helpful and put an order in immediately for the shorted items. That is top notch customer service! This laserband was purchased as a gift. I have one of my own that I've used for several years and am very pleased with the results I've seen. Hairmax is a great company with excellent products!

My HairMax device stopped working and it was past the 1 year mark. Spoke with Carlos and he was able to help me in shipping a new power controller. Hopefully this remedies the issue I'm having. Beyond that Carlos was a pleasure to work with and a roll-model for all customer service workers.

Incredible customer service…
I ordered a hairmax product for myself and a gift for a friend for Christmas. I had paid for express shipping to make sure it was here in time for the holiday. Unfortunately I didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service & Andrea I. was amazing. She not only refunded my shipping cost but resent the products immediately so that I could still give my friend her gift. I returned my product within the 6 month time frame but didn't receive my refund. After a few weeks of waiting I called and talked to Carlos. He took the time to investigate the issue and call me back, letting me know that a check would be issued right away. He was very friendly and didn't waste any time. Thank you!

Out Of Warranty Repairs
My laser cap stopped working and I believe a simple loose wire to be the reason. It is outside of the two year warranty and I have been told that my only option is to send it tracked delivery to Florida and that the cost of repair is $200 plus an additional $65 for return postage.
I have pointed out that nowhere on their website does it mention this nor is it evident in the manual. They have acknowledged this and accepted that this cost is a significant amount. They thank me for my valuable feed back and say they will review their website, neither of which is any help to me.
Initially when I emailed for details of the repair process- I was given the US email address by the UK office- I was ignored. I then went back to the UK office who agreed to chase it for me. I then received several emails thanking me for registering my warranty
and then received a further email from the international Sales Director saying it was a pleasure speaking with me although he wished it was under better circumstances but I hadn’t had a phone call with him or anyone in his office!
I do not wish to pay an extortionate amount of money and send the cap at my expense 4500 miles to be repaired and had I known that was their policy I would not have bought the cap.
If they are proud of their product and service they should be open and honest about out of warranty repairs to UK customers but sadly they are not.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I paid for VIP. They give you phone number to call along with an extension. You call the number it goes to someone's voicemail box. Left a message. No callback. I opened a case online on their website. No response what so ever.
