Said would be delivered 1 to 2 days. This changed to 6 days later. I am still waiting after a week..
it will be sent back as it’s now too late to give as a present!

I like the cut of Hacket jeans especially and needed a black pair. The usual decent service and better than predicted delivery, However, jeans have been returned as whilst the cut was fine, they had a strange horizontal seam across the back of the knee.

The delivery was not delivered on time…
The delivery was not delivered on time and was one day late !
Which was frustrating as i had taken a day off to receive the shoes. Even on the second day the delivery was in the evening after the hours specified !
There was a lot of wating with no communication at all as to the status or delays. This is my first purchase and it was not a good experience. No text messages, effectively a two day delay

Tailored fit or slim fit
Ordered a tailored fit shirt but was sent a slim fit shirt. Apparently they are exactly the same fit however I bought another tailored fit shirt and they are definitely different from one another. I am currently in email correspondence trying to get answers to my questions. The speed of their reply is slow.
