POOR QUALITY MATERIAL & EXPENSIVE …
It is very expensive however the quality is very poor material and all the threads come out from the buttons on day one itself. I will not recommend.

On line service needs improvement
I have enjoyed Hackett products both for their design as for their quality. However, I have always purchased in-store. The online experience has been most disappointing. I ordered a shirt during their recent sale, shipping was fast and efficient but they sent the wrong item. Upon requesting a replacement I was instructed to return the shirt, at my expense, and place a new order at full price for the item.

I recently purchased a suit from…
I recently purchased a suit from Hackett in Regent street store and was impressed with the quality of the fabric and overall design. Unfortunately the experience was let down by the tailoring service. The trousers were noticeably too short, and the finishing stitching was very poorly done, which was disappointing given Hackett’s reputation. I left the trousers with the store to be amended and will now have to return again to see if these issues will be rectified. While the suit itself is excellent, the tailoring service needs improvement to match the quality.

Creased Jumper
I would have given this jumper 5stars as it is of good quality and an attractive design. I only given 3 stars because the jumper that I received was quite creased and obviously been badly packed. I have kept it as I hope the creases will disappear with wearing.
