Hatchett had a great name
Hatchett had a great name. I was thoroughly disabused of that impression. The order still hasn't arrived after over a week.
- Customer Service a native Spanish speaker, I think. I don't speak Spanish only French; despite my best efforts, I couldn't grasp some of the words she was trying to say in English. Refused to transfer to anyone else. Thank you for the arrogance.
- 10% discount for first order refused as the code not provided in time for first order. Yes. You read that correctly. Apparently I can use the first time discount on the second order that never happened, thus ensuring they never provide the discount.
- I'm used to two or three working days max for delivery even for amateurs on eBay. Still waiting over a week later for the order from a company that does this 'professionally'. Apparently I have another three days to wait before the parcel is due to arrive. Making eleven days in total.
Remember this is my first ever order with Hackett. First impressions count. And you never get a second chance to make one.

Poor service
I placed an order for shorts and a T-shirt. Somehow they gt my address wrong. The Royal Mail couldn’t deliver and I never got my order, said they couldn’t resend for some reason and was told to order again
