I had Delivery Issues
I had no problems with dealing with Hackett directly, especially when they dealt with the issue that I had with delivery. Parcel Force, who you use, are absolutely incompetent and basically lied to me when they said that I wasn't in to except my order, when I was looking out from my desk at the road all day. I went around the corner to the to the Royal Mail Hub in Mildenhall and they actually looked at the drivers route and said that he went to the wrong address. This wasn't an issue with your label as I had received a previous parcel days earlier. Today, I am still waiting for my parcel, so let's see what happens!!

Size variation.
I have several pairs of Trinity 5 pockets trousers. Bought a new pair in their sale and was surprised to find the waist band, which said 34 was significantly smaller than the trousers previously purchased. I returned them of course but shocked at the quality control for such an expensive brand.
