I've not been out in the van since the hab check. Today I have discovered that I have a leaking bathroom sink which habcheck didn't pick up on. Which is pretty basic stuff. It makes me question how thorough the rest of the inspection was!!

The person that did my Habcheck was very polite and helpful. He explained everything, what he was doing and why and if there was anything that might want looking at in the future. Wonderful service

Habcheck is inspection only, no repairs and no servicing which means if there is something wrong you need to spend more money on having the faults repaired or serviced. The website states 3 to 4 hours to do a thorough inspection so imagine my dismay to find it was completed in an hour at a cost of £269.
A car goes in for an inspection it’s called an MOT it usually takes an hour and if there is a problem it will cost extra to have it rectified, but the inspection costs around £50.
Quite frankly I feel ripped off as I should have found a firm who carry out servicing and repairs. At £269 I cannot recommend this company and will not be using them again, let the buyer beware!

Wayne is so thorough and helpful. I have every confidence in him every time he comes. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. To me he is brilliant. I hope the company appreciate that they have such a skilful engineer.

Easy to book the service. Had a call a few days before the visit to confirm the details. The technician, Alan, messaged in the morning asking if he could come earlier than planned. After confirming he could he was punctual with his arrival and very pleasant all the visit.

very happy with garry he was professional ,polite, down to earth .
took the time to explain what he was doing and why , also the results with each test explained what they meant.
found a slight bit of damp, divers rear locker , could be rear locker seal as dry above it or maybe light cluster. i will find it .
apart from that all passed .
i highly recommend gary @ habcheck service and timings perfect .

Easy to organise, the engineer communicated in advance, turned up on time, was friendly and efficient. Perfect.

Bit of a pain having to empty the motorhome for the inspection.
Tim from Han Check arrived on time and checked the Motorhome.
Inspection completed and all OK apart from finding one of the habitation batteries holding a lower charge.

The hab check engineer turned up on time and completed the job in the time specified. The van was left tidy with minimal distruption. All in all a very good experience with the had check carried out at home.

Engineer was on time polite and very efficient. Just missed the fact that smoke detector was also a carbon monoxide detector

The engineer was very professional and explained all that he'd done. He also showed me that the van can blow cool air that I didn't know about which involves turning off the hot water and heating and then the fan has settings 1-10
