Sleep changer!
Have had the sleep mat for 2 weeks and have the best sleeps in those 2 weeks for over ten years ! My husband notices deeper sleeps as well.
My Menopausal sleep disturbances have been minimal!
I highly recommend !

Reconsider your purchase
We paid more than $800 for a product that we have received now 4 reminders to review... and not received any products to review. I have reached out, was assured of a delivery happening, then reached out when that delivery was overdue nearly 2 weeks, and have again been issued an email explaining the delay and where our product is at. Still no product. The order confirmation was received Sept. 4. It is now Oct. 17. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience with this company.

Great quality and works perfectly to deliver the right dose of pulses. It is a very hard surface to sit on and so we put a plush blanket on the seat to alleviate discomfort. The carrying/storage case is well made.

Seems high quality and the grounding sheet came quickly I’m just not sure it made a lick of difference. I think maybe this is just hippy dippy pseudoscience and not worth the purchase. Jokes on me.

The delivery of the mat and…
The delivery of the mat and communication along the way with my order was great. I can feel the calming and sleep inducing effects from the mat. Not sure it’s worth the price yet.

Do Not Order from this company
I ordered a mat Aug 30 and the estimated date of delivery on the website was for Sept 5-7th. There was no communication from Grooni about any delays until I inquired. They use AI to reply to your inquires as they respond in 1 minute. Lots of back and forth and I asked for the order to be cancelled as they had not shipped it yet. Once I said I wanted to cancel, then they expedited everything to send this mat to me. Their 1 email said they would cancel the order and not send the mat as I had requested and 10 hours later they said it was too late and the mat was already in transit. UPS still had the only the label created 13 days ago with no product in hand as I write this review. BBB also shows many complaints about this company. Do not order from this company!

I was getting great sleep...7-71/2hr a night. I put it on my daughter's bed and after 10 days she is sleeping 7 1/2 hr. and not waking up at night . I have one ordered for her and it should be in next week then I get mine back. Also stand in grass barefoot each AM. I have recommended it to several friends.
