I had a ordered a wrong product and you were quickly responded with quick action and I appreciate all that you doing helping me with my concerns

I got a quick response when inquiring about my late delivery for my grooni mat. Although, there is nothing that customer service could do, I’m disppointed as I don’t know when my mat will arrive.

There were a few delays on my order but the customer service provided by Regina was exemplary. She kept me informed all along the way in a timely manner, was always willing to go above and beyond. My order has now been delivered and I really look forward to using it. Fabulous service!

Regarding the mat itself, it is very good quality and I like the independent temperature and frequency controls. There is no question it has helped my pain issues with my hip. I sleep on it as I enjoy the full-body heat and flick on a program at bedtime, in the a.m., and sometimes when I get up at night. It is heavy, but all similar mats are due to the crystals and necessary build. It's probably not something you will want to move around frequently.

Due to a little snafu with the cover, I have dealt with Nicholas in customer service who has been superb with rapid communication, excellent service, and appreciated friendliness. If you have any issues, you will be treated very well and to your satisfaction.

My only suggestion is, it seems the supply chain for some items can be a little slow at times, so it might be prudent to check supplies when ordering to verify your particular item is currently in stock.

I guess the best thing I can say is that I have since ordered a second mat for a friend which came rapidly and I would have no issues ordering from them in the future.

I've had to ask questions and they have been very helpful. I have the mattress pad as well as the heavy pemf mat and I can honestly say that mat is amazing. I fall dead asleep when I lay on it. The mattress pad is very comfortable. I have had these over a month and lay on mat daily for my back and sleep on pad

I contacted customer support by email with a request. They responded the same day with a pleasant email and a fulfillment of my request.

While the PEMF mat I ordered took several weeks to arrive when I contacted customer service to inquire about this they were quick to respond. They ended up sending me another mat, since the first one got lost in transit. The second mat arrived within a week of my conversation with customer service and now I'm enjoying my PEMF. Thank you!

The shipping is horrible. It's been 4 weeks and no tracking #... when I ask for one.
How can you not have a tracking number after 4 weeks. I can't trust this company

Ordered on 30th September arrived 4th November. Original delivery date was 5/6 October. No contact from them until I stated asking where the order was.
AVOID IF YOUR NEEDING YOUR PURCHASE ON TIME !!

Well we got off to a bit of a rough start with the product having to be made due to bigger sales, that being said. They were always professional and made every possible attempt to to make it right, would definitely do business again with them

I appreciated that my questions were answered quickly.

There was a mix up with my order and they fixed it immediately. Actually got a call back from customer service instead of calling 10 times and never getting anyone.

Good points: the mat arrived in good working order, with clear instructions on its usage. Customer services were helpful whenever I contacted them.
Bad points: it took 5 weeks to arrive and I had to do a lot of chasing up, which was quite stressful.
I am, however, looking forward to using it long term.
