It was easy to navigate the website and place the order. Good communication on when the product would arrive. Absolutely love my sauté pan.

The reason I am giving a 4 stars is because the customer service agent tried to tell me that the pan was that warped because I used too high of heat and it was design that way. Neither is true. First the pan is rated for 500 degrees. So you would have to put it on high for like 20 minutes dry to get the pan that hot. Second, layered metal like in that pan won't warp unless you get it really hot then add something very cold to it. So it would not get that way on it's own unless it had a defect in the metal already. That does happen a lot in large scale manufacturing .

I’ve been using the pan for a couple weeks to fry bacon and sausage. Low to medium heat. Washes clean with water only. Great so far-we’ll see how long it lasts.

I have had these pans for less than 90 days. They are all chipping. I have contacted customer service, the offer to replace the pans once and then there is no more warranty.

I saved and spent over $1000 on these pans and they are junk.

In addition, I ordered a set of utensils that were never delivered. They are not able to reship them without me filing a complaint with FedEx. (Another inconvenience for the customer.)

I would continue looking for pans. This is not the place.

I bought new pans to replace a hodgepodge of pans we accumulated through the years. I’m sure they all contained forever chemicals. Tie GreenPan frypans have been great so far. We are trying to be more patient with our preheat routine. As long as we preheat the pan and keep our gas flame at medium or slightly less, nothing sticks and cleanup is a breeze. I don’t expect these pans to last forever but with the price I paid, I’m good with that. We recommend.

This is my second set of GreenPans.
I only purchased a second set because we moved and I wanted a refresh in my new kitchen.
I wasn’t aware that the handles would get so hot on my cooktop and I burned my hand. If I would have known the handles would heat up just as the pan does, I wouldn’t have purchased this set. Very disappointed especially with the higher price point.
I also noticed that this set isn’t as heavy or as sturdy as my last set.

They are so each to clean and nothing sticks

This is a quality product I would recommend others purchase.

I love the concept and it works amazingly when it works. My first Greenspan airfryer the door was warped when I got it and so it didnt fit all the way into the basket. So I emailed the company and they were very kind and sent me a new airfryer. However the new airfryer the first few time I used it the timer would turn off at the 5 mark and wouldnt go all the way. But its working great now and I use it everyday to make my food and it works wonderfully.

My experience was to the point with seemingly one goal which is customer satisfaction.

Very responsive and straightforward on what needed to be done for the damage.

It is substantial so there are no concerns about being tipped off its base. It boils water quickly. The auto shutoff feature provides peace of mind.

I have 4 pans now. I love the nonstick and being a "green" pan as in nontoxic is what I was after. They are sturdy and I also love that I can go from stove top to oven with no problem!

Well made. And nothing sticks to it.

birthday gift, because we love our own pans so much. The order arrived on time and our daughter and roommate love them.

Ice créam machine very difficult to clean.

Bought the ice cream/smoothie/sorbet maker in the pretty pistachio color. It looks nice and I was excited to buy and receive it but now I'm very intimidated by it and have not used it! I've had it for couple weeks already and have it on the counter. I've read the instructions but still not over my anxiety about using it.

Hopefully as safe as they say! Great nonstick skillets!

The pan is very nice. Shipping time was reasonable.

I feel better having a safer cooking experience, but I will not go over medium temp on my gas burner.

I needed a 10” lid for the frypan. Apparently it’s a popular item as it was out of stock for a while. I finally snagged one up one it became available. It’s a beautiful, well made lid. Fits in with the rest of my gold handled Spectra cookware.
