I love these pans! They have a great non-stick release and I have peace of mind knowing that they're made with safe ingredients and components. This set is a great value and now an essential member of our kitchen. Highly recommend!

The service was fine but the product sucks! I received a replacement frost and this one leaked all over my counter again! What is the problem with this machine. I also found where the water is coming from and took a video of the drip. You have a terrible defective product and replacing it with and equally defective product is not a solution! I will never buy from Greenpan again. $400 for this piece of crap is inconceivable!

easyy to cook with and easy to clean

I love my Greenpans; they are a breeze to clean, totally oven safe and I do not have to use a lot of oil while sautéing .

I received my first pan as a gift. I liked it enough to buy another. They are easy to clean and cook well.

I think they are expensive. I admit, I haven’t bought pans in a while. I did not compare price with other brands. I can’t really say how prices compare with other brands. I was lucky and purchased while on sale. So far I am happy with them.

Ease of finding information, ease of determining pros and cons, ease of purchase.

pan cover was not sealing, they send the wrong style of pan and was like "thats it"

GreenPan has great products. We love your pans. Customer service is great.
The on the go blender works well but the top needs to be redesigned, and both cup and top need to be tougher. Too fragile.

I didn't like finding the "fine print" information on a sticker underneath the cardboard packaging. I would have like to read those before I bought. I have worked through the "never use cooking spray" issue and now know what to do and what the real problem is (I had the same issue cooking sausage) and was able to clean it off without using a hard abrasive pad.

Everything I ordered shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised that all of the lids were glass - not the solid ones pictured.

We love this cookware! Each pot and pan makes cooking much simpler and knowing they are health and eco conscious is a definite plus. Also, one of our lids arrived damaged and the customer service staff was very quick to resolve our issue.

Fast shipping and a great product.

The pans are a joy to cook with and clean up very fast. I just wish the handles on the lids did not get so hot. Otherwise I love them.

Very happy with the pans I purchased. The quality is great! I did have to return a small loaf pan however, as the size was much smaller than advertised. The 1 lb loaf pan dimensions say 9.7” x 5.1”. That is the top including the handles where the bottom dimensions are only about 7 x 2-1/2. Your other “new” 8x4 advertised loaf pan is 8x4 at the base, so gives an accurate finished loaf size. Recommend you correct this on your website so customers get what they expected. It also was a shame that I had to pay $12 to return it when the price is only $39.99.

easiest clean up! just what I need.

I’ve been using green pan for years and years. I love the product. I love the warranty. I love the quality. I just purchased in green pan air fryer. It’s been the best air fryer I have purchased. I’ve had two others prior sleep modern design built with quality and integrity.
