Great quality easy very nice. Very Happy!!!!

I’m enjoying my pans. Great size and non- toxic, non-stick is wonderful.

The waffle iron is really nice. The timer auto start takes a bit to get used to and sometimes I still need to use an alternate timer.

The product I purchased has been doing great so far. I am enjoying the quality of the Spectra line. Website is decently easy to navigate and product information is clear.
Shipping is a little annoying coming from CA. Takes a while to get to me on the other side of the country. Faster to go through Amazon or Wayfair.
Not a fan of the responsiveness of customer service. They say every email will get a reply within 48 business hours. My email from about 2 weeks ago hasn't gone anywhere.
Not a fan of only being able to buy the Spectra line as a set. Wanted a few extra pots and pans of a specific size. Ended up just getting a whole other set since no one replied and there didn't seem to be any other options. Thought about returning everything because of this actually.

Love the pots and pans. But I ordered 2 sets and only received the extras , knife. Cookbook, tools, etc in one order. That’s why not a 5

Great product (so far) and wonderful customer service.

The product I ordered exceeded my expectations, the ordering process was easy and the delivery was prompt. My husband and I love the size of the fork and spoon because they are the perfect size for many tasks in the kitchen.

I really love the products. I originally bought a set for a second home. Love them so much I am slowly replacing the pots and pans in my regular kitchen with Greenpan. Quality is great and I am happy they are healthy to cook with

Love all the products I purchased from Green Pan

The pan is solidly made. I made some marinara in it. There was no stuff stuck to the bottom and it cleaned up easily. I actually left it out for a day to see how it washed. I would buy another one. This could be my favorite pot in my collection.

The pans are beautiful and sturdy. Buy from the site, there are different levels of quality. Mine are great!

I enjoy the quality of these pans and guidelines for the use and their care. Unlike ads for Gothum brand that states you can use metal utensils and their pans will take it. If you read their reviews it is obvious they aren't as indestructible as they claim.

Had an item lost in transit (not their fault). Box was not in good shape & item was really late. They sent me a new one before the 2 st one even arrived. Sent the 1 st one back. Green Pan customer service is always 100% efficient & helpful too! They are fast with what’s needed & thorough. Never had any problem getting an item returned!

I couldn't believe how cheap the item was that they sent me. I had seen this item at a department store and it looked and felt good. I decided to order it from the website instead ( HUGE MISTAKE) NOT the same quality. Or maybe they sent a different one. I returned it, had to pay $20 to ship it back! I just lost $20 of a $60 item! Makes no sense at all. Worst customer service I've ever delt with! I will never try another GreenPan product again! I rather continue paying more for the other brands!

So far the pans are great, and live up to what we expect. We are handwashing and have protection between them as we really want them to last.
