Green Feathers Arvostelua

Nice website, lovely product, fast delivery and beautifully packed

The hedgehog feeders were as advertised and they have worked perfectly. Delivery was within a few days of ordering and information on delivery was clear and accurate.

Hedgehog feeding station is of excellent quality. I already have two Green Feathers hedgehog houses so this was my third purchase, which arrived within about 3 days of my ordering. Prompt and excellent service. Just a huge pity that all of my regular visitors seem to have disappeared since the heatwaves.

Camera is of solid construction and waterproof. An added bonus is that the solar panel is of a good size and larger than other solar powered models.
Perhaps the instructions could be in larger print for my eyesight, but online videos very useful.
Arrived on time and had good packaging.

Very friendly super efficient service. Could not fault👍👍👍

I have had 2 nest boxes with cameras, always a real good and so helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks for your help in the past.

Excellent Service and an actual person to speak to for help with setting up and answering queries.

The product is exceptionally well made can’t fault it . Ready to use straight out the box. The delivery was also excellent. Highly recommended and we already have hedgehogs using it

I cannot praise this company enough! Their customer service staff are brilliant! My camera stopped working so I contacted them to see if they did a repair service. They replied quickly asking me to check various things when these failed they had me send the camera to them. It was returned to working perfectly the repairs being carried out free of charge! Thank you everyone at Green Feathers.

Really fast service and the hedgehog feeding station that I bought is great. A really good design and very well made.

Very happy with my hedgehog house kit , quick delivery, very well made, my hedgehog has made herself very comfy, I would highly recommend green feathers

Solar camera is a great product, with easy email support from Green Feathers

Green Feathers were very easy to do business with. They were flexible and helpful and were happy to give exchanges and refunds.

I've not tested the kit out yet but it all looks very good.

Had a connection issue and the help desk ( thanks Dexter) led me through all the steps to resolve the issues, of my making.
Super little camera. Just need to rebuild the owl box for next year.

Service, price, well made, fast delivery

Delighted with my hedgehog camera. Easy to order and fast delivery. Installation was straightforward.
With the movement alert I can see each time the hoggy comes and goes. Gives a really clear picture and I enjoy reviewing the recorded visits.
Unfortunately have a really old hog house and it seems to prefer that one at the moment, bought another camera to install in that one if opportunity arises!!

I incorrectly ordered wrong size extension lead for my dad’s bird camera that I bought in July. But after messaging the helpline, they were very prompt and helpful in making sure that i reordered correct one. Refund of initial one was processed quickly as well. Would definitely recommend

Lovely company. Great camera. Prompt delivery. Very happy to support Green Feathers.
