The bird box camera I bought from Green…
The bird box camera I bought from Green Feathers seems almost impossible to set up except possibly by someone with high level technical skills. The very poor instructions are just a mass of options and initials without any meaningful explanation as to what is needed to make the camera work with a simple connection to a TV.

Damage by mice
Initial contact was with Josie who was very helpful arranging return and repair of my bird box camera after cables were chewed by nesting mice. Repair was carried out quickly and return was organised to suit my availability.A subsequent order for a new light for the bird box was also actioned efficiently. Camera and light reinstalled in the box ready for next season's birds(not mice).

The system is straightforward to set-up
The system is straightforward to follow. I found the camera easy to set-up on both my smart-phone and my tablet. So long as the box is in wifi range, you can fix the camera inside with either a bolt or two screws and test it using the app.

Wi-fi solar
Ordered the Wi-fi solar camera and it arrived quickly. Had a few questions about the equipment and the team got back to me quickly with answers. Am currently charging everything before assembly. The solar panel takes a long time to charge in excess of the 20 hours advised so cannot install until this is done. Overall the quality of the parts looks good. Time will tell!
