I would give 5 stars only because the representative i spoke with over the phone Malvika was very helpful and thorough in assessing my situation, of which were more than one. She was understanding and polite. She gave me a satisfactory resolution to each of my issues. The reason i have 4 stars, when I think about it now I would give them 3 stars, is because the company itself does not attend to customers needs or requirements as well as they should. They could definitely improve in many areas. Mainly in using low level cheap contractors who do a low level cheap job.

I reported a repair yesterday because my electricity had gone off. This was dealt with within 2 hours. At the same time I mentioned that I had tried to change my password but couldn't find anywhere to change it. Today I received an Email from Lauren with a link to change my password! Excellent service!
