It is really clean and kitchen got everything you need. Room got everything you need, weekly vacuum and bed linen changed. Really good if you work at Oldham hospital, 20 min walk from Tesco/Aldi/B&M AND 30 min walking to the town center.
Quite, clean and safe.

A few weeks back I was shown a flat for the over 55's It was filthy, and the bathroom floor was rotten through damp. My foot nearly went through. I stepped back in enough time to prevent a nasty accident.
I wrote about this to the CEO and she referred it through her PA to complaints dept.
Eventually I had a call from them and he said the work to fix all this starts on the 18th June. After work was completed would I reconsider reviewing as a solution. I agreed I would. So he arrange the housing officer to discuss that two days later. (Today 11.6.26)
She told me they were showing someone else around tomorrow. (12.6.26) I said that I knew work wasn't to be started until the 18th. Her response, 'Well it might have been done already. She was sending someone to check that day.' Seriously need to check something had been done to see if the property was clean and safe, but already arrange someone to visit next day!
The call ended at that. Mad as heck I wrote a banner 'Great Places don't care about the elderly and disabled and demo'd in their HQ reception.
There is much more but I am mindful not to make this too long. Fact is they don't care. Be aware.

We recently completed a mutual exchange and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Sue Gillham.
Over the past two years, Sue has been an amazing tenancy manager. She has always treated us with kindness, respect and understanding, especially while we were dealing with a very difficult housing situation and complex medical needs within our family.
Sue was always approachable, professional and willing to listen. She kept us informed throughout the process, responded to our concerns and genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. Even when things took time, she never made us feel like we were being ignored and always did her best to support us.
Thanks to Sue's help, patience and dedication, we have finally been able to move to a home that better meets our family's needs.
