We are absolutely delighted with the fencing and flagging work completed in our garden. From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and completed to an exceptionally high standard. The team worked incredibly hard, arrived on time, and were always friendly, respectful, and happy to answer any questions.

The new fencing looks fantastic — solid, well-built, and has completely improved the look and privacy of the garden. The flagging has been laid perfectly with great attention to detail, and the finished result has completely transformed the outdoor space. It’s clear they take real pride in their workmanship and pay close attention to quality.

Communication throughout the job was excellent, everything was left clean and tidy, and the project was completed exactly as promised. We’ve already had compliments from neighbours and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for garden improvements. Thank you again for such an amazing job!

It was Jordan Sykes 2nd visit to fit grab rails and Devon Clark’s 1st. They was Very professional. The work that has been done by them is very high quality and they tidied up after themselves. They worked quickly and still maintained a high standard. Very pleased overall .

Strictly a review on Arthur, not a review on great places as a company

We had Arthur come out to treat mould within our property. Did a great job with treating and painting over the mould until the planning team can eventually handle the structural work (fingers crossed). Really lovely bloke, understood the situation we were in and completed the work professionally and quickly to a good standard despite the extensive, large areas requiring work.

I have mental health and complex ptsd and live in 1 greatplaces housing association flats .my neighbour is awfull reported and greatplaces not helping or intrested even after a serious doctors letter saying my mental health is rock bottomand need to be moved . Ive complained at least 15 times to be ignored not logged .my carer sent emails with former complaint by email .no risk assessment done until my carer asked for 1 .im on verve giving up my flat as I can no longer be there .ive been staying at family's. Greatplaces dont care they even said were not intrested in your passed and mental health. Ive had mp .councillors. housing ombudsman and complained to who i could .still no help im not eating. Sleeping. Flashbacks are getting more regular due to the stress and how my neighbour is making me feel and letters hes sent .I would avoid and sneak round my own flat .feel like prisoner. Im vulnerable tenant and classed as disabled still not intrested. Just want to move somewhere safe thats it .been going on for 5 /6 weeks now ..replyed to my feedback but still nothing as been done

I recently tried to access my account many times and each time I failed. Even trying old passwords and addresses.
Finally after contacting Great Places team my settings were upgraded and I’m now able to access my account.

My mental health has been all over atm and I was stressed and worried about my rent i spoke to a lady called sabeela and she listened to me stressing then she gave me some advice we had a little chat and she cheered me up I don't feel as stressed or worried now so thank you so much sabeela have a great weekend
