Great Places Housing Arvostelua 

Awful service ive had off greatplaces housing association. Mental health is rock bottom. They do nothing but lie .cover up .ive complained on stage 2 now .got asb case open and have complex ptsd. There not intrested in anything other than there rent .no help no matter what is going on .I complained over and over just ignored. My housing officer is not interested been going on for months .ive lefted reveiw before they reply like they care .I give them details of what's happening ignored after that .they make excuses up for my neighbours behaviour and imtimdating behaviour. Police are involved they done nothing. Log number the lot. Still greatplaces do nothing ive give up asking for help .reply to greatplaces already done this on my 1st review had nothing back so no point emailing

Lauren on customer service team is very quick, professional and great at her job.

Both Jordan and Devon were amazing i suffer with major anxiety and I am disabled so having people come to my home and do work is always a negative and worrying time for me. But both men were extremely supportive and engaging with such a kind caring manner at all time making me feel very comfortable. The jobs got done to amazing quality. A personal thank you to both of you. Cake lady 😆

I went on to live chat to sort out a couple of repairs. I was talking with Lauren. She was very helpful, ensured my repairs were booked in and at a time to suit me. Very polite and was willing to make sure I was happy with what she had done.

Awful housing association. Nothing but issues and no one seems to care. Also stole and locked away my items and have repeatedly gave me the wrong code for the cupboard so I cannot access my belongings. Shocking

Karl came in this morning to sort the upstairs bathroom. Job number 1132743 he was absolutely amazing. Polite respectful and explained in detail the process he was carrying out. After completing the job, I went upstairs and found that my bathroom was clean & tidy . Thanks Karl !

I called Great Places to report a repair and, due to a long queue, opted for the callback option. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back from Mason.

Mason was polite, professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills throughout the call. He listened carefully to the repair I was reporting, asked relevant questions, and after a brief hold, came back with a date and time for the work to be carried out.

Excellent communication and great engagement from Mason throughout the process.

Great places rubbish at dealing with such simple problems..all I want is to av my smart meter which is already in the building where I live connected..but they won't let me av a key to the room so I can let the electrician in and sort it out in minutes.the greatplaces agent has to be there to let him in but we can't sort out a Time or day,absolutely unbelievable. All day I've been texting with the agent but she insisted I cannot av a key.. give me the key for 2hrs problem solved .bobbins
