It was a great experience dealing with the company and especially Simon.
He was always on top of the situation. He always replied to my emails very quickly.
Most importantly (to us), the tickets were fantastic.

The customer relations staff that was available by telephone were responsive and knowledgeable. There was a lot of uncertainty around who could attend the event and Covid testing requirements. The website and the staff were very helpful and I was able to attend the European race from the US with no issues!

Overall it was a terrific experience, had a few questions and they where answered in a easy to understand manner along with sending out emails with information on entering due to covid-19. Was 10/10 I have even used your service again for the Turkish GP due to the great experience.

I was very pleased with Grand Prix Events and will definitely book with them again for future races.

I attended the Dutch Grand Prix and obviously it was a difficult situation beforehand with the announcement of the reduced capacity. Despite my initial tickets being cancelled by the Dutch promoters, the customer service by Grand Prix Events was excellent and they worked hard to enable me to eventually get tickets from those people who couldn't attend the race but had tickets allocated to them.

The information they supplied for the race weekend was very helpful and accurate particularly around the need for daily testing and the use of the Corona Check app. The digital tickets were delivered well in time a week before the event and we had no trouble gaining access to the circuit as the QR codes on the tickets were scanned very quickly each day.

Overall, I had a fantastic week away in Holland that I wouldn't have been able to have were it not for Grand Prix Events. The weather was amazing the whole weekend and being a Verstappen fan it was great to see him win at Zandvoort. The atmosphere was like no other race and we had very good seats.

I'd recommend Grand Prix Events to anyone looking to go to an F1 weekend.

Dutch GP was an absolute blast!!

We bought 4 tickets for the Dutch GP in Zandvoort in 2020. Due to COVID, the race was postponed, and GrandPrixEvents has been very informative and responsive at all times.

As the race was to be held in 2021, we received new tickets, and we have just returned to our home after the best F1-experience in Zandvoort ever.

i bought a ticket and there was a issue and there is no customer service. The contact number they won't accept the mail they'll reply after with in 6 days though i didn't received any mail from them after 6days still waiting.

Excellent service especially with the pandemic putting a halt to the 2020 GP. Was kept informed of all changes and transfer of tickets to 2021 went without a hitch. The day was given to my Son as a 50th Birthday present and he rated it as one of the best days of his life. Couldn't get more praise than that.

I was going to The Monaco GP for the first time but it was one of those weekends where nothing really worked out. The “Grand Prix Events” box office closed at 12pm and I only realised just after that time which sent me into a mild panic (completely my fault). I couldn’t get to the stand until just after 1pm. I called the emergency number and a gentleman (I don’t have his name) was immediately helpful. After a moment he called me back and had arranged for the box office to stay open until I could get there. As I arrived near the track a gentleman called Dan actually came and met me with my tickets. Hand delivered! He even walked me down to where the stands were so I knew where I was going. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough because I would have missed qualifying for sure and perhaps even the Sunday Race. When things aren’t going right and everything is a mess it’s the small acts of kindness that really make a difference and both of these men did that for me. They made my weekend and I can’t thank them enough.

I had the misfortune to book 8 tickets for a group of us to attend the 2020 Barcelona Grand Prix for a significant birthday with this utter shower of detritus known as ‘Motorsport Worldwide Ltd’ trading as ‘Grand Prix Events’.
We paid just shy of £2,500 for our tickets in advance at the beginning of March 2020.
We also booked, thankfully independently from them, 8 flights and 8 hotel rooms.
Due to Covid 19, the UK and the rest of Europe went into lockdown from the 12th March. It was obvious to most sane, intelligent, honest businessmen that a number of global spectator events would not happen during 2020, but not Grand Prix Events who kept parroting that the event was not ‘cancelled’ but merely ‘postponed’, this allowed them to procrastinate for a few more months.
The owners of the Barcelona Circuit refunded in FULL to customers who had bought tickets in good faith directly from them, which means that Grand Prix Events would have received my ticket money back in full........yet they refuse to refund me 100% of what I paid.
They even had the cheek to hang on to the £80 that they charged us to post out our tickets via recorded delivery, talk about adding insult to injury.
I received a refund immediately from our hotel, I also received a refund from our airline.
Grand Prix Events were the only company that I dealt with that didn’t give me a full refund.

I did however receive excuses, obfuscation, misinformation, appalling communication, waffle, disinterest, apathy and constant bullmud from these shysters at Grand Prix Events to a level that I have never experienced before, their appalling attitude to customer service makes the Ryanair CEO Tony O’Leary look like Mother Theresa, as at least he paid us back in full.

This event was to celebrate a landmark birthday, so the offer of tickets for an event in 2021 is of no use to us and completely misses the point of our original booking.
I won’t bore you with all of the sorry details, suffice to say that after months of utter nonsense from them, they paid me back £1,950 and kept the balance as a ‘Management Fee’, which in my opinion borders on the laughable as they offered nothing but Mismanagement and frustration.
I now happily tell my simple tale to anyone who might be thinking of giving this outfit their hard earned cash, I can sum up my feelings about my experience in three words AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
They will have the right of reply to my comment, be aware that it will look to absolve them by mentioning their Terms and Conditions.......you don’t need to refer to T’s & C’s IF you have a moral compass..
I give them 1 star as I am unable to give them Minus 5.

During this Covid19 pandemic many businesses have suffered terribly, yet many businesses have gone above and beyond to look after their customers and have been shining beacons in the world of commerce..........Grand Prix Events ISN’T one of them in my opinion.

* a number of ‘reviewers’ have been ‘invited’ to review this business. Read the reviews that specifically are related to how they dealt with the situation due to Covid from those reviewers who were NOT invited.......it paints a very different picture.
Grand Prix Events & F1 Experiences appear to be linked businesses that share the same Directors, F1 Experiences have similarly poor reviews......I wonder why.

When Grand Prix Events read my review yesterday, they made immediate contact with us......it’s a shame they weren’t as quick off the mark when we spent months trying to get our money back.
You Sir, are incorrect in your assertion, the fact is that I made the booking, my brother in law then paid the total amount for the 8 of us with his credit card, but you already know that as he informed you of it yesterday.

The bottom line is that he has received back £500 LESS THAN HE PAID YOU!!

We were treated incredibly well from ordering the tickets until race day. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
