Purchasing these tickets can be anxiety-provoking. The communication was on point from helping us to order the correct tickets, the customer service and obtaining the tickets before the race. It was a pleasurable experience. I would purchase from them again.

The GPE website made it easy to purchase the tickets for my “bucket list” Grand Prix experience. Customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond to all of my questions. Ticket pickup was easy at the designated “on-site” office.
I would however suggest that the description of the options for ticket delivery be made more clear at time of purchase. I needed to be pro-active and communicate to customer service that I needed to pick up the tickets on-site as I didn’t have time for the tickets to be delivered via courier. Ticket delivery and instructions for pickup were not issued until one week before the race. This led to some anxious moments hoping that they were sent to the correct place. In the end, it all worked out and we had the time of our lives!

Excellent Service. I just went to Spain Grand Prix last weekend, I bought my tickets and all was exactly as they said. I will use this company again without any doubt.
My tickets were deliver easy 30 days before and I have them on my digital wallet.

They got my sister and I phenomenal seats at the Spanish Grand Prix super close to the track at turn 1. Perfect view of the big TV screen and turns 1,2, and 3. I am not sure how good the price was because the availability was so low but overall a great experience. Tickets came by email about 3 weeks before the race.

I received the ticket two weeks before the events, the seats was perfect.

Couldn't buy the tickets here in Australia yet GPE were able to supply. All very seamless experience. Excellent communications to keep us advised on what was happening. Would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Grand Prix Events highly enough. I used them again for tickets for the 2023 Australian GP because they were so good about providing a refund when the 2020 Aus GP was cancelled. Their communication by email is prompt and helpful, and the supply of tickets via email link was prompt, easy and stress free. The purchase process was easier and more reliable than buying through the primary ticket seller Ticketmaster at very little additional cost. I'll definitely use GPE again.

I bought the tickets and got them a couple of weeks before the event. The only downside is that I didn't know what tickets I had, but on the plus side they were good tickets. I was able to get tickets and had a great time.

I've used Grand Prix Events twice now for the Singapore 2022 and Australia 2023 Grand Prix races and I can't recommend them highly enough! I first booked these tickets as a Christmas gift for my husband and son three years ago. The process was excellent, the payment easy, and everything went wonderfully. Then Covid hit which resulted in the Melbourne GP being cancelled.

I was able to get a credit for the tickets which was great. Simon who assisted me over the three years since I first purchased has been responsive and supportive during the initial purchase and problems I've experienced this year.

As soon as I received notice of tickets going on sale this year I contacted Simon and told him I would like to use my credit note this year. He told me the tickets were not available as yet but he would let me know when they were. He did let me know, and that's when my problems started. Emails didn't turn up, payment of the extra costs was difficult. Once the payment issues were resolved Simon advised me he didn't know if he could still get tickets. They obviously had not been held against my order.

Once Simon came back to me to tell me he had been able to secure tickets for me, I received an email stating the tickets would be emailed 7-14 days before the event. Five days out I hadn't received them and had to chase them up.

I got an email saying they were sent two weeks before. The team resent them to me just in time. It was messy and problematic.

I cannot compare my experience from three years ago to my experience this year. The company I dealt with three years ago I would recommend highly and would go back to again. The company I dealt with this year I would never use again. I don't know what has happened with this company but they need to do something about it.

We are going to the Spanish GP in June and have purchased our tickets elsewhere due to the experience we've had this year. Very disappointing

We bought tickets for the Australian F1 GP 2023. The process was easy and straightforward, it was almost too good to be true as I've had a not so great experience with another reseller. They sent email updates about our order and the tickets came through no issues.

Good experience from ordering the tickets to the delivery by e mail. i would have no hesitation in using Grand Prix Events in the future

What excellent service we received! Tickets were emailed to us in good time, downloading and printing (or just saving on our mobiles) was very easy and the seats we were allocated were really good!
It was lovely to sit surprisingly with the same people, from all around the world, who had bought their tickets from GPE and friendships were formed at the track.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly be using them again if we are fortunate enough to travel to another F1 event.

I initially booked Monza tickets from Motorsport tickets but a month before the event, I was left disappointed when my tickets were not secured due to overbooking. With flights and hotel all booked, I decided to browse other websites and managed to find tickets from here. Everything was smooth flowing. Easy to navigate through the website and really good explanation on the seats as well. Pleased and relieved that I am definitely attending the grandprix. Thanks again for your prompt emails and providing reassurance all throughout my experience. Tickets were emailed to me within a week and they were cheaper than Motorsport tickets! I will definitely be booking my tickets from this company in the future!

Booked this year with GP Events having heard from a friend of their good customer service, This was 100% true. had to contact them about the mess around the added Thursday ticket issue by was assured by Simon all was in hand . great company to deal with and will be booking again with them.

Great company. Responded quickly to queries. Prices were really reasonable. The whole transaction from start to finish went without a hitch. Would highly recommend.

What a great weekend we had, went all 3 days. Fantastic facilities and easy to get in and out of circuit. Much improved on previous years. The only criticism was being turned away from beckets corners, I was not happy at all, this is the best viewing area for f1 in the world. The race was absolutely amazing. The toilets were not up to scratch, as most didn't flush. But all in all a great weekend. Thanks silverstone.

Great customer service.

After paying $$ for Grand Prix tix on our c/card, we were advised there was an issue and initially we thought we may be target of a scam, however turns out we couldn't be further from the reality.

Once we raised our concerns, the events team were incredibly responsive, very understanding post sales service, and kept us updated by phone (so good to actually SPEAK with real people :)).

The team resolved the issue quickly and our overall experience was outstanding. We'll use them again for future tix!

We received the tickets in the Webber stand and it was perfect. They were easy to retrieve and print out.
The afternoon sun was setting behind us and we had a screen to check out the rest of the race.
It was full on action at our corner, with Alonso & Vettel coming to grief as well as many others going off-line while attempting passing manoeuvres.
