It's always a little scarey buying off the web, especially when you are handing over lots of $$$.
But these guys are awesome, they were easy to deal with, quick to answer and managed to fix up my multiple screw-up within a day. No small feat since I was in NZ dealing this these guys in UK buying tickets to the Melbourne GP.
Thank you for doing such a great job. The seats were great, we got the tickets well before the event and will be using this company again.

They were prompt and reliable and delivered the tickets as promised. My only suggestion would be that it would have been nice to have received the info right up front, either in the ordering process or in an email delivered with receipt of purchase, indicating that the tickets wouldn't be delivered until a week prior to the race. Without this I was left wondering what was going on and I contacted them to ask, which just created extra work for me and for them. But they were very quick to respond and helpful.

Cannot recommend this company enough for Grand Prix tickets. Me and my friend booked tickets spontaneously last December for the Mexico GP. The purchasing process was simple albeit the info all being in Spanish but we took a punt and read reviews before buying from the website and went for it. There was no seat allocation you could only pick the stand and we chose foro sol north so it’s kinda of a pot luck situation as you don’t know if you’ll get mega seats for the price of be tucked away in the corner. But omg we lucked out!!! We got a better view than the people in paddock club it was insane. They sent the tickets via wetransfer 4 weeks before the race and printed them easily and put digitally on our phones, getting through security was easy no problems we would recommend this to site to anyone looking to venture into grand prixs abroad!

I wasn´t sure if i was going to get the tickets but we did!! haha the communication with costumer service is perfect, they answer very quick and very nice staff.

Incredible Monaco GP experience!! Everything was smoothly organized, especially in the few days before the GP. Support teams were very responsive, even by WhatsApp, which was very helpful for last minute questions and changes. I will 100% do it again.

Package: Monaco F1 GP. VIP experience on Saturday and Grandstand K on Sunday.

Ordering the tickets was easy and staff were always on hand to answer questions, emails were answered quickly making the whole process easier. They kept in touch in the lead up to the event and I received the tickets in advance. Delighted with our seat assignment, would recommend and would use again.

Very happy with the whole experience, seats were great Simon was always contactable. We were asked for pdf version of our tickets when entering the grandstand which wasnt made clear when the tickets were sent to me but it wasnt a huge hassle.

I've just assist to the Spanish Grand Prix 2023 thanks to Grand Prix Events, they helped me during the purchase process and solved all my questions; the customer service is AWESOME!

The GPE website made it easy to purchase the tickets and were very quick to respond to my mails. They had my tickets sent well in advance.
We had amazing seats on grandstand J just opposite to the pit exit and had a huge screen as well. We had views to Turn 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 giving us some nailbiting overtakes into Turn 1.

Definitely using GPE again for my future purchases.

Tickets came on time and where very good value, will use again, as for Spanish Grand Prix was dreadful, track holds 80,000 and they cram in 140,000, getting in and out of circuit took up to 4-5 hr , train station was dangerous busy a truly bad experience

Grand Prix Events had great Customer Service and delivered tickets for Monaco well in advance of me leaving even though I left it very late to decide to go. Thanks - would recommend.

I have purchased F1 tickets from Grandprixevents for several races and for various tracks. I have always been satisfied with seat assignments.

Ticket purchase is simple.

Tickets are delivered on time and e-ticket downloads are straight forward.

The service was great. I had originally bought my ticket for the 2020 Spanish Gp, which was canceled due to the pandemic. I had the options to get a reimbursement or a credit note. I went for the latter and attended the 2023 Gp. The ticket was delivered electronically roughly a month before the event, so I didn't have to stress about it. Customer service was very quick in responding to my requests. The website is also clear to navigate. All in all, a very good experience.
