Amazing service would definitely recommend

I booked an appointment at their London office with such short notice and they made the effort to make some time for me on a late evening when most jewellers would have been closed. I received the most lovely service from Riz and he really went into detail with all the different features I could add on my ring. Though it was a late evening he did not rush me at all and reassured me to take my time. I instantly knew then I would be placing my order with them and they did not disappoint with my ring. I’m in Love!!

They created my dream ring!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to work with jewellers that actually care about their customers. Will be going back for my wedding band!

Absolutely amazing experience! The jewellery is beautiful and even better in person — you can really tell how much care and craftsmanship goes into each piece. Delivery was quick and the packaging was lovely too. Such a great small business to support, I’ll definitely be ordering again. 10/10!

Made the entire process easy, had our initial consultation and each part of the design process, picking stones, sizes, materials was broken down for us which was very helpful. The ring was fully customised to how we wanted it, and we had regular contact following the initial consultation, were able to pick the specific stone we wanted. We were shown a digital render of the ring and were able to make any adjustments. The ring came out exactly how we wanted and we can’t commend their services enough. They also offer cleaning and resizing services for the ring which was reassuring.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing and smooth. We had an initial appointment last year to just show the ideas that we had just to set a foundation on what we would like for the start of this year. They were more than happy to accommodate the changes we wanted and sent CAD modelling to show if the rings look as we had imagined. And they were able to put my fiance's dreams into reality. The ring was truly a representation of her!
